Not as great as expected
Easy to use, works ok but just not as well as expected. The cord could be longer and speed could be better. I feel if the quality of the files were better it would improve the outcome of softness after use.

Would Like Cordless Option
This comes nicely boxed with 60 replaceable sanding disks, but what happens after you finish using the included disks? There is no information about how to order more sanding disks. And there really isn’t much information included at all. I have never used an electric foot product before and it would be helpful if there were information about best practices or a video on the Amazon listing or a website to see the right way to use.I tried to find some web info and one random thing I read which seems important: “You’ll get better results on softened skin (10 minutes in water) to minimize the risk of injury, including nicks and cuts.”. In my mind I was thinking it would be better to have dry skin to go with the dry sanding disk, but I don’t want injury, nicks or cuts, so I soaked.The controls for this unit are on the electric power cord: middle location on slider is off, one direction for disk to rotate one direction and the other way from middle to rotate opposite direction. There is a dial that goes up and down for high speed to lower speed. Because these controls are about a foot down the power cord from the device, it becomes a 2-handed operation, unless you can double the cord in your hand next to the device. The control mechanism does not seem very strong and I question connection to device.I know the idea of having the electric cord is to keep consistent power instead of running low, but if I were to by another, I would be looking for a cordless, rechargeable unit with the controls built into the device.The device does a good consistent job, but unless I find replacement disks, this will become obsolete and I am not confident in the power control: seems like it could easily break. My disks stuck very tightly and some adhesive stayed behind when I replaced.
