Love this gel. Great for curly hair types!
My favorite gel especially for my hair type. I have 3c/4a/4b hair type I still have this same tube after 6 months of ordering. It holds my hair very well. It also makes my hair soft. Easy to wash out after a while. Does not turn my hair white even after sweating. Usually others gels I’ve had in the past would cake my hair up and make my hair super hard and crunchy looking but this gel does not do that. It also smells really good and I just love the pink to lol.

I have used the Eco brand hair gel for quite some time with no problems. Its a decent gel for a decent price. However, I am really disappointed with this specific one.For reference, I have wavy hair, about 2B.I find that this stuff instantly dries out my hair as soon as I put it in. No matter the amount I use it gives my hair a stringy look and my waves form poorly with this product. My hair dries much slower and the final results are inferior to the results I get with other Eco gels. It has a weird smell that I personally find offensive, and for the price point its at, its not a great value. Maybe for tighter curls this is a good product, but wavy hair beware.

My curl journey has been a tought one. I had wavy hair my whole childhood, so when my hair turned curly as a teenager I did not know what to do. I had never heard about hair just turning curly out of nowhere before, but apperently it has something to do with hormones. My hair was so frizzy and untaimable and I didn’t know what to do. All the products I bought weighted down my hair and dried it out. But this gel was really a game changer. It made my curls so soft and defined without weighting them down. It is very hard to create a gel cast, but if you apply it the right way it works so well for my 3a hair.
