Works great- but one stopped working in 6 months
This is a great product for the price. Unfortunately the white one started acting up 3 months in not having full steam even after a full charge.4 months in it required a slight tap to start up or when the 30 second pause came.At 6 months it stopped working completelyâ¦It may be better to spend the extra $ for a top name brand that will replace within 6 months to a year⦠instead, I will be spending more money to buy a new sonic toothbrush.Great if it is not for daily useâ¦. The 2nd toothbrush is only used about 3X per week by my husband and it works like new still

Completely stopped working after 9 months
We loved this duo until yesterday. The battery lasted during several 4 or 5 day trips without charging. It does a thorough job of cleaning. I like that it pauses every 30 seconds, to prompt you to switch to another quarter of the mouth. But yesterday the black one suddenly would not turn on. The blue light comes on, but no amount of turning, button pushing, cleaning or cussing at it will make it come back on. I will look for a replacement unit and hopefully the white one won’t die too.

It’s reasonable priced for a 2 set combo, the design of the induction charging is a 50 50..For convenience it’s great but you are now limited to only this charger and if it fails both devices won’t be able to charge. It also only carry 3 modes but there are others available that carry up to 7 modes and would cost about the same if purchasing 2 and have independent charging system. Overall it still cleans and feels great!!

Iâll admit, I was skeptical about this toothbrush duo at first. I’ve used some of the more expensive, well-known brands in the past, but they either didn’t last long or stopped working altogether way too soon.This one completely surprised me! The battery life is impressive, I can go quite a while between charges and it’s been holding up much better than expected. I’m honestly loving it now.Great value for the price!

I had this toothbrush for less than 6 months and unfortunately the motor died. I called and asked for a replacement and within a week had a whole new toothbrush and charger. Given 5 stars for great customer service and a great product.

This is our second time purchasing this item. First one lasted several years. This one is working just as well. Dentist is very pleased with how clean my teeth stay, and how it prevents me from brushing too hard, protecting my gums. Love that this version offers 2 different colors, so we don’t mistake whose is whose.

Terrible decision. Soon as it arrived, it could only charge one toothbrush at a time. Annoying but not end of the world. Now one toothbrush has stopped working completely. Tacky, useless product. Not sure how it has so many good reviews. Very suss.
