Very hydrating!
I have been searching for a good cream for my extremely dry under eyes. I have an allergy to a common preservative, so even the expensive eye creams at my dermâs office wonât work for me. This balm is very gentle and soothing, and doesnât irritate my eyes (so it should work well for other contact wearers). Better yet, it seems to be healing the dry patch under my eye. I have tried a lot of other expensive creams that promise to lighten under eye circles and brighten along with hydrate, but they just made things worse. This stuff is awesome and Iâm really glad I tried it. Itâs a little pricey, but it looks like the jar should last quite a while.

The only nighttime eye cream that I use. Been using it for 20 years. Greasy but I want that for my eye area. Don’t use during the day.

I don’t really like spending a lot of money on skin care products, mostly because I believe I can mix up my own for far less that are more effective, without any toxic ingredients. This stuff however is worth it and I don’t think I could make anything comparable on my own. Plus it goes a long, long way and that’s true even for someone like me that likes to smear copious amounts, not just around my eyes but also on my lips. It’s so soothing and really great for mature skin. Plus the glass jars they used are perfect for making my own skin concoctions once they are empty. I make a hand/lip balm with beeswax, shea butter and essential oil. You can melt the beeswax right in this jar and then mix in shea butter and essential oils.

Not at all worth the price as it just seems like a balm- and almost menthol-ish to me.. completely burned and irritated my eyes. I kept it but wonât buy it again.

Long Term Great Product
Iâve been using Dr. Hauschka Eye Balm for over 30 years now, longer than Iâve ever used any product, with great results. Luckily, the Eye Balm has remained pretty consistent over the years. A little goes a long way. Itâs very gentle and soothing, and can be worn under eye makeup with a bit of patience and effort.

It’s different than usual and possibly expired?
I bought this cream at Whole Foods and loved it – when I saw it here for half the price I had to buy it. But this seemed like a totally different product. The text on the jar is not English, and the product itself is way softer than the one I bought before… it’s just not the same product at all, it’s super waxy and doesn’t spread easily. It’s not horrible, but it’s not worth the money, even at half price. Maybe it’s expired? I don’t know… but I won’t be buying it again from amazon.

First, youâll notice the lovely natural smell and bright vibrant colour. Take a small amount and warm between fingers. I love that you gently slide it on, itâs a good opportunity for lymph draining of puffy eyes. I also noticed right away that I could apply it close to my eyes and they wouldnât be irritated, as if I had got lotion or other eye creams into my eyes. I also really like that it doesnât dry right away, like other eye creams that there was almost no trace of applying it. I feel it really moistened my under eye skin. This is one I will always buy.
