If only everything I have bought from Amazon worked this well!
This collar has everything you need to train your dog. I had never used a shock collar before because I always had labs, and they were easily trained. The year I bought this was 2023 and it is now 2025, I had a rescue dog that was part Malinois in 2023. She was simply untrainable before this collar. She even failed obedience training classes. She would not come when I called her and she would only obey some commands if she felt like it.This collar changed everything. In addition, I had a couple of questions and was able to call the manufacturer, and they answered all my questions with professionalism. My dog, Scout, now comes when I call her. She has swam and run through deep puddles and rain with this collar. I love the features that include the ability to do everything but shock and then shock if you need to with two levels of shock. It has the buzz notification. It has the vibrate notification, and then lastly, it has the shock function with two separate settings. In addition to that, it has a light on the remote and, you can turn the light on the collar on the dog. So, if you get stuck outside in the dark, like I did, when you turn the light on the dog, you know where the dog is. The only suggestion for improvement that I could make is in the owners manual, and really only in one regard: That is to make it more clear that if you need to use the shock function, you have to take the rubber caps off the two prongs. That may sound obvious to some folks, but the ownersâ manual specifically states to leave the rubber cups on if you want to avoid any damage to the dogâs neck. Once I removed the rubber caps, the shot collar worked great, and the dog started behaving as she should. She has had no damage from applying the shock. I have had this collar long enough to thoroughly evaluate it. When I go out with my neighbors in the park and we let all of our dogs off leash, this shock collar is the best one and my dog has now become one of the best behaved. Thanks to this collar.

Great for the price
The collar is easy to use and is easily adjustable to get the perfect size. We use the sound mode to recall our dog and it works great and is loud enough I can hear it. The vibration setting is what we use the most and works well. I will say if your dog has thicker hair youâll have to turn up the setting or take the rubber pieces off of the prongs. With how easy it is to use and the variations of settings, this collar is definitely worth the money.

No charger
Edit- the company contacted me and sent me a charger. It works well and I am happy. Would definitely buy from this company again because they are honest and care about their customers.Original-It worked great for a few days but after just a day or so it started dying. Mine DID NOT come with any charger, and I canât find anything around the house to charge it with so I guess I have to buy another brand that comes with a charger. I think from the reviews it was meant to, mine just didnât.

I ordered this dog training collar not really expecting much, but it honestly impressed me. Itâs got 7 different modes, which is more than Iâve seen on most collars â including tone, vibration, and static â and each one is adjustable so you can fine-tune it to your dogâs needs.What I really like is how responsive it is. The signal doesnât lag, and the remote is easy to use without looking at it too much once you get used to it. The built-in flashlight is actually super handy for early morning or nighttime walks â a feature I didnât think Iâd use as much as I do.The collar itself feels durable and fits comfortably on my dog. It holds a charge for a good amount of time too, which is nice because Iâm not constantly recharging it.If youâre looking for an all-in-one training tool thatâs effective without being overcomplicated, this oneâs a solid choice. Iâm really glad I went with it.

So far so good! This is a great product and Iâm glad I have one controller to manage! The puppies are learning quickly and itâs very helpful to manage them! I also love the light feature to see where they are in the dark!! Very happy with this purchase!

There is a low and high setting – the high is unethical
IMPORTANT: For those who may not read the instructions. The shock feature has both a low and a high setting. We will never use the high setting on any animal. Even the lowest high setting(51) REALLY hurts.Please only click the shock button to the first click(low setting) and keep it under 20 or maybe even 30 if you have to.Also, test it on yourself so you know what your dog is experiencing.The high setting is so unethical and we may return the collar and refuse to do business with the company again because it HURTS, and any business who is willing to knowingly do that to animals all over the world, and to potentially give malicious people the opportunity to do that, deserves nothing.Otherwise, it is decent and works well. Why would anyone ever want to do that to a dog?

I bought this collar or worked great until I charged it then it stopped working. Got it replaced worked for a little under a month then it unpaired I sent a message about it not working once again and Mandy was quick to respond to my email very polite tried helping me pair the collar and when it wouldn’t she sent me out the third collar right away. Fingers crossed this one will work i like the collar since it has a off switch for the shock setting since I don’t need that feature. Thank you again Mandy for all your help.
