Excellent versatile clippers!
I purchased this clipper set late October 2023. My cockapoo was a puppy then. I own Andis clippers I used for my large standard poodle but wanted something smaller/quieter for this new little girl. Her coat has developed more like a poodle so trimming curly is a little different. Some tangles & small matts. I keep her hair short. This trimmer works great! For over a year now Iâve used them about every 6 weeks for full trims & in between for face and feet. Poodle hair grows fast & hers does. I live in Colorado mountains with a large yard. She gets all types of weather & gets wet & dirty. Pine sap sometimes in paws. Loves to run & play. This trimmer has been really great. Easy to use holds charge well. I really appreciate how it doesnât over heat & being cordless. Itâs durable & combs work very well. Very lite. Iâve had no issues.Sadly now the blade is getting dull & I have to replace the whole device. Price is still great even at $7 more Itâs been so handy I donât know if I want to switch to my Andis clippers [used them 16 years] with the long cord. Andis are excellent too & easy to replace blade. I may spring for high cost of cordless.ðIâm contacting seller to purchase just the device as I donât need whole kit.

Quirky control button and battery/ SEE MY REVIEW UPDATE!
I got these clippers about 2 years ago. Right off the bat I noticed that the on off switch was quirky sometimes needing several tries to turn off or on. Also the readout would only come on momentarily when plugging in the charger. I decided to keep, however because those issues not withstanding, it was a good tool. The first year passed and I would use 3 or 4 times to shave my shaggy dog till she overgrew again. I would routinely charge prior to the one hour job. This year I noticed the charge would only last a half hour, requiring me to recharge to finish her. The last time I used it, it lasted about 10 minutes. It took me 7 days to get her finished. I’ve been watching the charge over the last few months and it doesn’t stay charged, dying at about the 5 minute mark. Once I charged; switched on and this time the charge readout appeared and stay on while running. You could watch the % drop every few seconds and it got to zero just in a few minutes. I’m gonna try to contact the seller and see if they’re maybe good guys and can provide a new better replacement battery. If they do I will revise this review. If not I do not recommend Holdog. It’s a rechargeable battery and was not abused nor used too much. I’m also wondering if this was a return or refurb that they slipped in. **** I heard back within a few hours. They apologized and asked if they could replace. I agreed. They did say it might take a little bit, but I an impressed with their customer service. I will update when I receive the replacement. This make me very happy as this, minus the few problems is the best clippers I’ve ever owned and it’s quiet and doesn’t scare my dog. Kudo to Holdog Sevice Team. Top stars for immediate response. UPDATE. True to their word. I received a brand new one and it works perfectly. This is the kind of company I highly recommend. They were responsive and fulfill their promise. They get a 5 star PLUS review. These are the BEST clippers I’ve ever owned. I give their customer service 5 stars + as well. I am totally amazed at how quick and painlessly they responded. I can’t give anymore kudos all around because this is a great company, product and seller staff. My best wishes to all evolved. Bought these to give my Pomski a haircut, and the battery life is perfect for the job. Super sharp clippers which made the haircut a breeze. Worked better than expected and seems very durable. The size was perfect for someone with larger hands which made it easy to use.

Itâs a chargeable razor and it really works!
This was a pleasant surprise. Itâs rechargeable and lasted the whole trimming of my Pomeranian. It was her first time with my home use for grooming, which is much more economical than the $200. I was paying to have my dog done. I appreciate the groomer, but I canât afford them. This was easily used because itâs rechargeable. It has six guard measurements and adjustable razor depth, which was quite helpful. The best thing about this it is so silent or has a low volume. My dog was fine with the sound much more so than my plug-in razor that has no variable speeds. It takes a little time to learn how to use it and adjust the speed to meet your needs and it comes with a comb scissors, a cleaning brush and a charging cord Charger it before you use it. And use the comb first if you have a long haired dog that way youâll not run into mats. Fit my hand well. Go slowly it is not a speed show when youâre clipping your animal.

These are the ones. I was looking for a pair of budget-friendly clippers that could withstand my 65lb golden doodles thick wavy coat. I have tried other clippers before and they simply didnât work. These make grooming her a breeze! They cut like butter, battery life is great, and the different attachments and accessories that come with it are excellent!Not only do these clippers work exactly as needed, but the customer service is top notch. After over a year of using these to groom my pup at home, they suddenly stopped working. It is possible I damaged them when cleaning them, so could be user error. Nonetheless, I thought it was worth a shot to contact customer service and see if there was anything I could do because I have gotten such good use out of these for a year. I emailed the companyâs customer support and they responded quickly and offered to send me a new set completely free of charge. I received a brand new set just a few days later! That alone makes the purchase worth it in my opinion. Great product.. I guarantee you will be happy you bought these!

I trained myself to cut human hair so I figured huh I could do the same with my shaggy dog! She has a lot of hair and needs frequent grooms, so I came across this and the price was amazing. I decided to try it out and it worked great! Easy to use, lots of attachments and truly a bargain for how much these things can run ya! Great customer service! Buy it! It’s not loud like some others are and it’s comfortable to hold! My dogs are scared of most clippers but they seem fine with these. For the price there’s also a lot included. Definitely recommend!
