Not impressed
I gotta say, I am really not impressed with this thing. The needles may or may not be made from titanium, I have no reason to doubt that, but the product as a whole feels incredibly cheap. The handle is made of flimsy plastic, with sharp seams from the injection molding process. While I don’t feel like I would ever apply enough pressure while using it to cause it to break, it feels like I might cut my finger on the mold lines by adjusting my grip in just the wrong way.The “128” in the product’s name refers to the number of needles on the roller. For comparison, a brand called Beard Club has a derma roller listed at the same price, $19.99, which features 540 needles and a replaceable head. Basically, imagine this as a disposable single-blade razor, being sold for the same price as a Gillette Mach 3.All that said, yes, this should still work in the same way as any other micro needling derma roller. I’d say that the science is still out on that, as all I’ve managed to get out of the process so far is a sore cheek, but if you happen to come across one of these… yes, it should do no more or less than any other product of the same specification. I definitely wouldn’t call it a good value, though.

mixed feeling about it
I really didn’t know what I was getting as there was and still no picture in the product listing page but it’s a face roller that is a size of a shaving razor. It has spikes on the roller so it will pinch and poke your skins as you roll it on your face. My wife has been using it and she said it’s bit painful sometimes so she prefers to use it on top of her facial mask. We can’t tell if this is helping with her skin but she hasn’t had any allergic reaction even though she has very sensitive skin so I guess it’s not so bad.

Donât know how it works!
I ordered this derma roller because I wanted to try microneedling at home. The product description said it was made from titanium and it could help with skincare absorption and glow. However, I was a bit disappointed when I received it. It was not a device, but just a roller with tiny needles. There was no instruction manual included, so I had to search online how to use it. The roller itself seemed sturdy and well-made, but I was not sure if it was safe or effective for my skin. It was also a bit painful and uncomfortable to use, and I had to be very careful to sanitize it before and after each use.

Not happy
I will start by saying that I have no known allergies to anything. I received this product the other day and promptly followed the instructions on the side of the box. Wash the skin, sterilize the roller, apply a lotion to the washed skin and test somewhere before using. I chose the back of my hand, and boy howdy I’m glad I didn’t use on my face. As you can see in the attached picture, about 3 minutes went by before I got a nasty allergic reaction. Burning, itching and swelling. Not a good time. Needless to say I will not be using this product anymore, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because despite giving me an allergic reaction, it is actually well constructed. I still cannot recommend purchasing this item though.

Easy to use
I like this micro needling derma roller. It came nicely packaged and sealed in plastic. I like that it has a plastic box as well so it remains protected and clean.The handle is comfortable to hold and easy to grip. The derma roller is easy to use. I sanitized it by rolling it across some micellar water, let it dry and rolled it across my face carefully and without a lot of pressure. I could feel the little pricks and it didnât bother my face at all. It helps my moisturizer to soak in nicely. I would recommend this derma roller.

It’s ok.
I wasn’t wowed by this skincare tool. The build feels cheap, especially the handle, which seems like it could snap or give you a cut from its rough edges. Although it claims to have high-quality needles, the overall quality doesn’t match up.
