Needs spray top
Product arrived in a bottle without a spray top. Iâm used to spraying or misting toner onto my face. I wouldnât know how to apply it without a spray top. So I borrowed a spray top from one of my other toner bottles and put it on it. Product also arrives with a layer of oil sitting at the top so you must shake. Other than those two things, it feels light and moisturizing.
