I have tried several probiotics, but this works for me. I the price is good. Easy to swallow, no after taste, great product. I have ordered several times.

Great product but do you need it?
I would give this product five stars for doing exactly what it says it will do: dumping 40 billion live bacteria into your small intestine. But I would highly recommend considering whether that is a good thing or not. The American Gastroenterologist’s Association released some guidelines two years ago after reviewing the impact of probiotics on a variety of gut pathologies and found very few cases in which they were beneficial (check their website for the article!). Many reviewers have complained about fever, cramping, diarrhea, fatigue, gas, etc. with this product, which isn’t surprising as that is your body’s response to an invasion of foreign bacteria, a self-induced SIBO as it were. I began changing my diet a few weeks before trying this product (less sugar, higher fiber) in anticipation of getting as much benefit out of it as possible, little realizing I was already adjusting the environment to make my native gut bugs happy, making the addition of 40 billion extra guests rather moot. I started out slow, half a capsule twice a day and was fine but also noticed no improvement in GI symptoms or overall health (12+ years of leaky gut and IBS), then I gradually worked up to the full 2 capsules daily recommended dose and was likewise fine for about a week, with no appreciable improvement in anything save what I had noticed from my dietary changes alone. After about a week of the full dose I started getting sick and cut the probiotic, and I was fine again. I tried another capsule a few days later and was again ill. If you are going to take a probiotic, this is definitely one to take, as far as price, number of live cultures, and its ability to get into the small intestine unscathed, but do you really need one? It is more work and far more difficult to change your lifestyle, but you can promote a naturally health gut by eating right, cutting out anything you are sensitive too (a blood test is helpful), and you don’t risk making yourself ill by swallowing a ton of live bacteria that won’t be killed off by your stomach acid, even ‘good’ bacteria can be harmful in high numbers!

Definitely, definitely try this brand if others haven’t worked for you.
For many years(maybe my whole life?), certain vegetables(cruciferous, bell peppers, dark greens) and beans(all) have given me terrible gas and indigestion. I’ve taken other much more expensive probiotics for other reasons, to offset antibiotic use, etc, and while they may have had impact on some level, I never actually felt a change in my body.I happened upon this brand while searching for some other supplements; I bought a bottle for me and one for my husband.For one month,I took one capsule every morning before breakfast, and another before going to sleep.The impact has been profound.It took about three weeks, but I suddenly realized; I ate two black bean tacos with shredded cabbage at a function, fully expecting to feel miserable in a few hours. Nope. Not a single toot or cramp. I thought it was a fluke,so I decided to test it out further- I have eaten kidney beans(my worst offender), cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, black beans, northern beans, refried beans, ALLL the beans- and I am digesting them perfectly. Collard greens, chard, kale—no problem. I can’t remember when my stomach has felt so balanced and *normal*. There’s nothing else I can attribute that to except these probiotic capsules.I used up the bottle I bought for my husband, and have subscribe purchased.Some other effects that may or may not be attributable:-in 12 weeks of taking these twice a day, my monthly cystic acne outbreak has disappeared.-I usually get 1-2 migraines a month around that time as well- so far I haven’t had those either.-my general mood has felt more balanced and even(probably because my stomach isn’t hurting any more); you don’t realize all the things you avoid due to stomach issues until they aren’t bothering you any more.I really recommend giving these a try–the price is excellent and they have really worked well for me.

Great product. Always take these 30 days before traveling to the Caribbean. Never had an issue after drinking water and eating foods even when advised otherwise. Great way to get your body accustomed to different flora

I have been consistently buying this product and it surely meets all my expectations, capsule is easy to swallow , 40 billion CFU is what is claims to give and i have found it to help me for sure! Worthy buy.
