Love it!
Love this! The shade used to be called like Icey white and is now called ash blonde- they are the exact same- at least it looks like it to me. Love this product- my hair is a lovely white blonde, and I couldn’t be happier! I will continue to purchase this product. My hair is healthy and thriving even after using this product!

Great…got rid of the yellow
Awesome toner. Took the yellow right out of my hair. I used it about 3 months ago, and the yellow has not come back. I used 20 volume with it. One bottle was plenty for my chin length hair. Any longer and you would probably need 2 bottles.

Did what it was supposed to!
Was worried about using this toner because I’ve used T18 before and it just darkened my hair ALOT but this helped tone my brassy orange highlights and helped them blend better into my dark brown hair. Would use again ð

Wella Color Charm Professional Toner. T18 Lightest Ash Blonde. This was the exact color I wanted. My hair had already been lifted and bleached and a toner put on it that didnât turn out the way I wanted it to. So I did my research on Weller color, charm toner, and developer and Iâm glad I chose this product. It was very easy to use and gave me the exact tone that I wanted for my hair. My hair was very brassy looking before the toner but after using the toner, itâs a cool ash blonde.

This stuff never lets me down. Anytime my hair starts getting brassy or too yellow after lightening, Wella Color Charm comes in and fixes it. I usually mix it with a 20-volume developer and leave it on for about 20ish minutes and just keep an eye on it so i donât overtone. The color turns out super soft and cool-toned. If you arenât careful you can turn your hair purple lol Smells a little strong while itâs on, but totally worth it for how well it works. Definitely a staple if you do your hair at home.

Wella T14 is the only toner that takes out both orange and yellow from my hair after bleaching. The only thing I donât like is it makes my hair look gray. I want blonde hair. Itâs very hard for me to get blonde hair after using it.

You would not believe how orange and brassy my hair was before I applied this Wella toner. Just know you need to also buy a developer to use this. Amazon was sold out of Wella developer but I purchased a deferent brand of developer and it worked great. I left it on about 12 minutes. Keep checking. It looked ash brown before I rinsed the toner off but it came out just the tone of blonde I like! Two parts developer to one part toner. It is less yellow in person than in the front facial photo. I am well pleased!!!!

If you’re not familiar with Emetophobia Emetophobia is a phobia that causes overwhelming, intense anxiety pertaining to vomitI physically react to anything related to vomitWell I saw a reviewer say this toner smelled like vomit and decided to try it anywaysWhen I mixed it I was like woah that burns my nose but in the normal hair dye kinda way.I worked with the toner all over my entire head, it was starting to change color in the bowl.Went to get in the shower, thought I baby barfed in my mouth because I bent over and I do have Acid Reflux. Then it clicked. I remembered the review.I swear I could taste it and then it seemed to get worse as I’m rinsing. Literally smells like someone yakked up a bushel of cilantro. Also it really dried my hair out..
