Staple for Keto/Carnivore Diet
Doing almost any variation of keto you have to eat insane levels of fat. To do this I try to drink a lot of tea with ghee or coconut oil. This gets to a point quickly where I get grossed out by it. I also usually prefer the taste of ghee to coconut oil and soon that starts getting a little expensive or I’d just rather be allocating my money elsewhere then to just straight fat. This heavy cream tastes awesome though in all teas, it has a very high fat content and is cheap. Anytime I do keto I have a ton of this stocked in my fridge and for every once in awhile when I am not doing that diet. To add it to my tea.
