Love this Clover brand cream
I nearly always keep this in my fridge – sometimes this large carton, other times the smaller ones. All depends what I need it for. It is always fresh tasting, just the right thickness, whips up well and keeps for quite a while.

Non-UHT cream without additives
This cream tastes great! I donât care for the taste of UHT (ultra heat treated/ultra-pasteurized) milk or cream – it has a âcookedâ taste that I donât like that reminds me of powdered milk. This cream is just normal pasteurized. It doesnât have any stabilizers in it, which might make it a little more healthful, but if you donât use it quickly, be aware it will begin to separate a little, and youâll have lumps of butter in it. Delicious butter lumps 🙂

The Heavy Cream You Want (that has gotten hard to find)
When this is the cream I have on hand, it feels luxurious knowing itâs not full of extra additives like so many heavy whipping creams contain these days. Worth the extra dough if you can swing it. (Added March 7, 2022 âand if you can find it!)

Works well for cake decorating
I used this whipping cream for the cake. Taste good. With this opener, it is hard to keep it fresh if there are some left over.

Great Cream!
My first purchase of this cream was Great but the second one came outdated and spoiled, big disappointed and wasted my Starbucks iced coffee and honey as a result. I love this product and hope when I receive the next one it will be fresh!
