After a week and a half of taking this product, I started to get stomach cramps. ð¥ð© I didn’t think anything of it, so I continued taking it. ð¤ The cramps became severe, then diarrhea issues arose, requiring more than one dose of anti-diarrheal medication. ð¤¢ð¤® I checked the bottle’s ingredients and noticed DIM (diindolylmethane). ð§ I looked up diindolylmethane (DIM). ð¤What are the risks of taking DIM? ð¤Current human research does not show DIM supplements to be toxic or to have serious side effects. ð The most common side effects include darkening of the urine, increased bowel movements, headaches, and gas (3, 8). ð¤ Less common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and skin rash (3). ð¥So, I stopped immediately and will not be buying it again. ðð ââï¸

Clear 3 Acne support supplement is made in the USA in a GMP certified facility and targets to improve hormone balance, the gut microbiome, and overall skin health. The description says it is a third party tested supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow. It appears that the company aims to be non-gmo, but I do not see that on the actual bottle labeling. The expiration date and lot number are on the bottom of the bottle. The product contains DIM, Zinc, several probiotics, hyaluronic acid, and other minerals and vitamins. The dose is 2 capsules daily. I like that this product is made in the US and the science behind the triple action complex is interesting.
