Customers say
Customers find the flying disc excellent for dogs, particularly appreciating its soft rubber edges and lightweight design that’s easy to catch in the air. The disc flies well and provides many hours of fun, with one customer noting it’s a fantastic choice for active dogs. While the durability receives mixed feedback, with some saying it holds up well while others find it not durable, the chewability aspect also gets mixed reviews – some say it’s easy on dogs’ mouths while others note it’s not chew-proof.

Great Soft training frisbee for dogs / puppies that flew surprisingly well!
This is a super âtraining frisbeeâ for your dog or puppy to learn on without making a mistake and knocking their teeth out. My GSD loves to chase her frisbee but was nervous to attack it. So a few tosses with this and she chomped it! I made a motion of my hands like a Pac-Man and clomped it while tossing it straight up (not like a frisbee yet) with a spin in the air and she seems to understand. She sniffed and watched it blink I to trees and after three shots sheâs caught it! She was very proud and tick tick tick trotted it back to me with her tail and head held high! Its flight patch was surprisingly good! It really spun well and much farther (or is it further? I always forget whichâ¦anyway,) than I had ever expected a cloth disc to go! I am not great at throwing discs despite my age and having the same glow in the dark moon lighter frisbee since 1975 or 77 but this thing really flew! It did SO much better than the flying squirrel which was just a toy thrown through the air. This glided and spun, and cascaded quite beautifully with its para flight ability or whatever itâs called. I thought it would suck but it blew me away for less than a fin! After 5 min with this, she caught an old yellow disc golf I found but was afraid of the green chewed up nerfdog disk which flew great but was like a saw blade in the air. The blue one didnât fly as it was warped. THIS WON! Itâs so light , you wonât knock out any windows or teeth. I used it in the house but that went as one would expect. I have a very small and very full house, though. Outside, in mild wind it did surprisingly well!!! As well as the frisbee, nerfdogdisks (better than the green and the blue) miles better than the flying squirrel rope circle and performed as well as the disc golf driver disk! It floats too! Flew just fine after getting wet also. I was really surprised, I thought it would be a indoor training frisbee only but itâs amazing outdoors! It wonât go 200â ultimate style but neither will my dog..,yet? Anyway, it is a Great product!Only downside is if your dog is a chewer. My shepherd isnât, sheâll give it a shake if it hurt a bit or if she really wants to kill or snap the flying circleâs neck â- whatever dogs imagine when catching n shaking discsâ but if your doggo wants to eat itâs prey, it wonât last. It is totally safe for puppies imo. Iâd use it with my puppy if she was 12 weeks old and chasing things but make the reward another toss versus gnawing on or âguttingâ the toy. 5 stars all day! âï¸ âï¸ âï¸ âï¸ âï¸ itâs durable for this kind of okay but wouldnât be at All if your dog doesnât âdrop itâ or is a chewer. Super fun at dog park!

My Dogâs Favorite Toy!
I highly recommend the Chuckit! Paraflight Flying Disc â itâs been a game-changer for playtime with my dog. It flies really well, much better than cheap plastic frisbees, and itâs soft enough that my dog can catch it without hurting her mouth. The fabric and rubber combination makes it durable but still lightweight and flexible. What I especially love is that it floats in the air longer than most discs, which gives my dog plenty of time to track and catch it mid-air. It also holds up really well â even after weeks of rough use at the park, it’s still in great shape. If youâre looking for a fun, safe, and long-lasting toy for your dog, this is a great choice. Totally worth it!

Great frisbee for a puppy
Our 4 month old shihpoo is very high energy and loves fetching and carrying around balls and sticks, especially palm fond bark, so I thought she would be a good candidate for the frisbee. I will be starting her out tomorrow but already did some basic indoor training with her on it. I can see how they might not seem to be the most durable, but they still seem oddly resistant to her teeth that she uses all the time. She still hasn’t chewed through any of her nylon leases that she chews on all the time so I expect they will hold up for awhile. These seem to roll better than the Kong rubber frisbees and definitely seem easier to catch and carry around than the rubber frisbee for a puppy starting out. It would be nice if they had a fuzzy frisbee like a tennis ball since that would be the easiest for a shoodle to catch with their razor sharp teeth but the nylon would definitely be more durable and most like her favorite chew toy, her nylon leash.

wonderful light toy
These are pretty great in my opinion. They fly well, and the dogs love them. I have 2 hard mouthed dobermans and this is the toy of choice.. after the chuck it ultra ball of course. But the ultra ball as any ball, will sink into the snow and become lost til spring , so these are the winter toy of choice. They will go for any of the flying toys, but I like the soft cloth of this toy, and the foam edge is nice. It is way easier on the mouth than the hard frisbees. That said, they only last me a month of EVERY DAY use. I use these for about an hour 2x a day with my dogs every day, no exceptions. My girls are working dogs and have plenty of drive and absolutely go nuts for these. they come in 2 sizes but I like the small size , even for my big dogs. IT doesn’t seem to make a difference to them what size I use , cause I have both . This toy does get wet with saliva and mud, but I am the only one that seems to bother. They seem to bog down a bit when really wet and muddy of course. They can be rinsed off easily and dry quickly. You can use this small one in the house for quick exercise if you need to ..it is so light it wont’ hurt anything it hits, but watch out for what the dog will hit while chasing it…. I used to use the flying squirrel , but my dogs take the corners off them during the first couple throws, and they do not fly well without their corners. I absolutely love the squirrels, but they just are to expensive to keep replacing. If you have a real chewer that eats every frisbee toy you might try the ‘chewber’. It is guarenteed indestructable when used properly, meaning don’t leave it with the dog when you are not there… that said, it still lasts forever.. IT is real rubber, doesn’t hurt the mouth, but is much heavier than these. Chewber isn’t the best for flyte but it does go pretty darn well.. and if you have a hard chewer it will last forever..I have the chewber for when the paraflight finally gives up the ghost. Until I can buy a new paraflight. I also like the chewber cause it stays relatively clean during use and does not absorb saliva and dirt. and have had the same one for 5 yrs…it is still going strong. If you havent’ got a dog that rips every toy to shreds the chuck it small paraflight is great. I also like the big ones, but the big ones are a little unwieldy when soaking wet.

Itâs a great start
Keep in mind this is not a chew toy. But if you want to get your dog into frisbee, this is a great place to start. Itâs not gonna go extremely far, but it will do.

My miniature poodle plays frisbee or ball every day. The paraflight is by far his favourite of the 6 different frisbees he has. Glides nicely, easy on his mouth to catch and very durable. After every throw he likes to tug on the frisbee with you before giving it to you to throw again. This frisbee gets lots of wear and lasts for years.
