WONDERFUL cleanser, lousy pump dispenser
Love the product, hate the dispenser! This is by far my favorite facial cleanser. It leaves my skin feeling “normal” – not dry, not filmy and, if a little happens to get in my eyes, it doesn’t sting. BUT, I absolutely detest the dispenser. It works perfectly for a few weeks and then the spring (?) inside the pump gives out and I have to manually pull the pump back up on every pump. I use about 3-4 pumps so it’s a real pain in the patooty. I’ve contacted the manufacturer but there’s no way to get to the department that designs the dispenser. I’ve tried some other cleansers but they just don’t compare to how much I like this one.

Love the product, hate the manufacturing issue
This stuff is awesome for my skin. But Iâve been purchasing this for a while now, maybe over a year, and the pump ALWAYS stops working after a couple days. I have to manually pull up the pump because it gets stuck at the bottom. Itâs very annoying. Not sure if this is a manufacturing issue but this happens with every single bottle I have purchased. If you read this, please find a solution because I do love this product a lot and it works wonders for my skin.

Youâve Got to Pump it Up
This new packaging with foaming pump very disappointing! Both bottles, the pumps did not function correctly. Pump tough to push down and will not reset for another use. Had to manually pull up on nozzle after every pump. Not easy for those with pain, strength or grip issues. I would not recommend to my family.However the product was nice to use. Smooth and soft assisted with minimizing my dry skin
