Customers say
Customers find the rooftop cargo carrier spacious, able to hold up to 4-6 suitcases, and appreciate that it keeps items dry during storms. The carrier is easy to install and operate, stays securely in place while driving, and offers good value for money. While some customers report the bag holding up well at 80-90mph, others mention it tearing after one use, and while the zippers are strong, some report them breaking early on.

Easy to set up and put away
I was skeptical about buying this product based on a few reviews saying it let water inside the carrier during the trip. We traveled for 6 hours and 4&1/2 was in the rain. We made it to Destin FL opened the carrier and everything was dry. Where we placed the carrier is where it stayed upon arrival. High quality material and extra straps were sent as well. This carrier provided exactly what we needed for our trip. I gave us the added space to bring other things for our trip.

Great investment!
Much easier to put on than expected. We easily emptied it onto a luggage cart at our hotel we stopped at during travel as the key wonât stop someone that really wants to get in but it was easy to do and saved us sooo much space inside the trunk. Kay was easy to set up to attach zippers together. Seems to be good durable quality! Kept items dry during a storm! We are excited to travel more with it in the future!

Great solid product!
This product worked great! I was concerned with it sitting right on top of the car it might scratch it, but it comes with a protective barrier to sit on the car prior to the bag. Itâs perfect size! It was able to fit two paddle boards, 4 life jackets, 2 suitcases and a few other odds and ends. It rained on us at one point of our trip, and it did great at keeping everything dry! Would definitely purchase again!Â

Worked great cross country during snow storm. One zipper issue, but we made it home fine.
I can’t speak for everyone but based on some of the reviews I think many people don’t know these bags have a learning curve. Make sure the bag is facing the right way (no zipper side is the front) and pull the straps tight so the bag doesn’t flap to avoid fraying. A flapping back will fatigue and fray.Aside from that, this bag was easy to use. We drove over 3100 miles from Arizona though New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota through snow, wind, and plenty of wet snow slush. This bag held up through the highway speeds, Wyoming gusty wind, and all the moisture.Lots of storage:It was able to fit a full size checked bag, mid size, and 3 small carry-ons with a little room at the back for small things (in our case, dog food).Gas mileage:Our Forester’s mileage took about 10-20% hit but all things considered, having a bag this big on the roof that isn’t horrible. I think a hitch carrier might impact mileage less, but it won’t hold as much either. ð¤·ââï¸Tips:I found that coiling the included straps around themselves cut down on wind noise. See photo for example.Since we were travelling through high wind and cold, I added some ratchet straps for piece of mind. I was afraid the plastic buckles on the bag would break, however we did not have any issues.Issues:I did have one of the zipper pulls come off track during our return trip. The other zipper pull did the job solo and we got home without issue.I could fix it myself but we decided to reach out to the company since they claim to have a good warranty. Unfortunately we have not heard back. I would give 0/10 for customer service. I will update if the situation changes.Update: the seller messaged me after posting my review. I am disappointed they did not respond to email, but they have offered to replace my damaged bag. 10/10.

Torn Bag
We thought the quality was exceptional until we went on our first trip with this bag. We have a roof rack that the bag sits on. We drove about 1,200 miles (no rain or bad weather) and on the last leg of our journey the bag had a huge hole in it that we didnât notice until we got home. The bag tore along the seam on the side (not the zipper, but where the two materials are glued (?) together). Luckily we didnât lose any of our belongings. Of course, weâre two weeks past our return window and when you click on the âask us any questionâ link on their website it doesnât take you anywhere but back to the main page. Now weâre stuck with a bag that we canât use or have replaced. Pretty disappointed.Otherwise, the way the bag is laid out and fit all of our belongings with room to spare was great.

Survived Cross Country Move
This was a last minute purchase, as we had more stuff than we thought we did, and it fit SO much. This is so much better than any hard-shell roof storage, and more affordable. The quality is nice and thick, it thrived in the rain and the wind. we used it on our RAV4 LE, and it was completely stable. we didnât hear or feel any movement at all the entire time. It was nice having the straps being able to fold up so thereâs no tapping on the windows. This was the exact design we were looking for in our travels, and it delivered within 24 hours!

Worked perfectly for move across country!
I had to move my family across country and needed something to haul all the last minute things the moving company wouldnât take. Based on other customers reviews, i purchased this product and am VERY happy i did. It was incredibly easy to pack, mount to roof cross-bars and didnât budge an inch during the 772 mile drive. Was very pleased that it withstood 3 hours of driving in the pouring rain as well. Highly recommend this product!

Excellent
Pros:Drove 1,800 miles from Tennessee to Montana in early fall, put 2, 19 gal totes that were pretty heavy and 4 regular trash bags of clothes, could have fit 3 totes with some room for 2 trash bags of clothes but didnt want to put to much weight on my roof. Ran into rain in on the way up and everything was dry inside.Cons:Going 80mph and over cross country is sketch, some strips popped out, but I just starting checking them all every time I fueled up. It rotated a lil bit, but held on the whole way. Also if your installing the the hooks into the weather strip of your doors and it rains, water does leak in allot in your car, so don’t recommend that route during rainy season.Overall is a good product though, ill be using it to camp this summer fersure. Not ideal for cross country, but it is doable, and it’s allot cheaper than most. just be cautious.

Worked well with copious amount fitting in the Bag, completely waterproof as we travelled 500km in very heavy rain without any leakage

Pros – I didn’t have to install a luggage rack (but that’s for all removable racks)Cons -1- quality of the strap is so inferior the buckel snapped when I was testing the rack on the floor.. thank God I didn’t mount it2 – no door hooks given which means i have to install a railing or buy door hooks separately which cost around 4k separately3 – The stitching around the carrier is really low quality.. i put some bags during testing and tried to zip it. The zip was stretched and could separate from the bag if i applied more pressure.. remember that’s what will happen if we mount it..So overall not worth it.. there are other products that will give you accessories to support your installation while this comes in a below standard plastic bag..

Loved the bag and it’s size but it took only 2 uses for it to start having big cracks. Useless after that
