This kit is great to have in your car – for daily trips or or a long road trip. I store it on the sun visor so it is available anytime you need it. It has a lot of good first aid items, plus things you never thought you would need. I think it is worth the cost to have the piece of mind in your car. Highly Recommend!

I am so, SO impressed with this kit!Not only is it a super useful and brilliant idea, but it is well made and FILLED with everything you could want/need/imagine when you are in the car and on the go!The kit arrived quick, packed in a really nice, branded (and colorful) plastic zipper bag. Inside, the bag had a protective layer over the branded metal plate and had a thin protective layer covering the bag as a whole. I immediately took note of the weight of the bag. While this is pretty heafty (because it’s a treasure trove of awesome stuff!), the clips are super strong, stable and secure, plus they are the perfect length for the bag. So it slides on the visor (I put mine on the passenger side) easily and stays in place perfect. It doesn’t pull the visor down at all or dent the material either.The outer, faux leather material is thick, soft and great quality. It is easy to wipe clean and very durable too. The zipper has buttery smooth movement, making it easy to get in and out of the bag (even with one hand- while you are driving).I am AMAZED at all of the stuff that is inside this bag! It is a COMPLETE first aid kit, with bandages, gauze, ointment, packs, ect. There is nothing mini sized, it’s all useable/useful/full sized stuff, which is suprising because the bag really doesn’t seem that big at first glance. There are also very useful items like lip balm, blister covers and wipes. And I’ll mention now that all these things are excellent quality! (Fabric bandages that really stick, good lip balm, quality wipes/pads). There is nothing cheep or ‘budget’ in here. Then, there are literal LIFE SAVING items like a window punch (which is a MUST in any car! Don’t believe me? Listen to any 911 call made by someone who’s car is submerged in water!), a CPR mask and an emergency whistle.Even though the bag is FULL of all of this amazing/excellent stuff, everything has a place/space, so it is easy to find and grab! There are different pouches and spaces. I really love it.The bag is a nice size (it’s funny because once you open it up and see everything that’s inside, you wonder how it all fits and why the pouch isn’t bigger!). It doesn’t even take up half of my visor in my Altima. It also doesn’t hang down a lot, so it doesn’t impeed your view or get in the way at all. It’s compact and perfect.Now, I DO love this, with all my heart, but I do want to mention something…The visor clips do block the fold down mirror in my car. When my passenger wants to look in the mirror, they either have to slide the bag to the side or remove it completely. It’s not difficult or annoying to do and if it is removed it slides back on super easy. Had the clips been one more inch apart, the mirror would have fit between perfect. But not every car is the same. I want to be clear that this is NOT a complaint- not even close. But I am all about full disclosure and want you to know exactly what to expect.Now, I don’t believe that Everlit sells refills kits for this bag. At first I was bummed about that because I really LOVE the stuff inside. But I quickly got over it because the bag itself is amazing for other things, so I ended up repurposing the old bag and replacing the kit all together. I mean…for the EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE price, you can’t go wrong. I can’t imagine a refill of all this stuff could/would cost much less than the whole kit anyway.How many of these have I ordered?Well, I am now on the second for my own car. I have purchased one for my mother (who also is obsessed) and I gifted them to my besties too. So that’s 5.A few weeks ago, I ordered 6 more, which I am gifting to my employees for the holidays. So I’ve ordered 11 of these so far, and I’m not done!Everlit must think I’m nuts/paranoid because I keep ordering these car kits. I’ve also ordered 3 of their Care Rescue Packs, 2 of the Emergency First Aid Kit and the 250 piece Survival Kit. Between my office, home and family/friends, we are all prepared. And I can’t help it- I LOVE their stuff!This IS the perfect gift! Not only is it really nice and super affordable (this is a total STEAL for $25! I don’t even understand how they are making money off these! But better for us!), the MAIN thing is- these are incredibly USEFUL and NEEDED! Every single person who gets behind a wheel of a car should have one of these in it!
