Just what I was looking for, perhaps too much! And a fantastic company!
I was looking to replace my Weiss trimmer, which had blades that needed replacing but after receiving the replacements, I had no idea how to do it despite the really vague instructions. Reluctantly threw it out and looked for something that had easy blade replacement and was cordless. This was perfect, and here’s why.- Lightweight- Cordless- Sharp blades- Many attachments (See more below)- Long battery life and fast chraging- Digital read-out that was easy to understand.- Great company that stands behind its productThe clipper almost has too many attachments, as the stand that holds them all takes up a lot of room on my sink. That’s my only gripe. Otherwise, this has been great.And about the company… I accidentally dropped the clipper, and the small tab that held on the comb I was using to trim my beard broke. I emailed the company to see if I could get a replacement. It wasn’t defective; I just dropped and broke it. They said I couldn’t buy replacements from them and instead sent me the entire set for free–that included 2-day shipping! I’d even offered to pay for them because it was my fault, but they insisted. Wow!So, great product and great company. Couldn’t ask for better.————————–4/7/2022 UPDATEI’m dumbstruck. As I wrote, I broke one of the combs when I dropped the trimmer on the sink. I wrote to the company to request a replacement for the comb, which I was more than willing to pay for because it was my fault. They said they couldn’t send a replacement, but would send the whole set free of charge. I thought that was great–amazing, really, given how some companies would respond.Today I got the replacement, all right. It wasn’t just the combs, it was an entirely new kit–clipper and all! Brand new in the box! Arrived second-day delivery! No charge! I mean, what company does that????Wow. I’m still shocked writing this. I can’t say enough about both the product and the company. And, just to be clear, I have no relationship with the company, was not paid to write this, and did nothing to offer to write a good review in exchange for a new clipper. I’m just a really surprised and satisfied customer.

So, I had been needing to buy a new trimmer for a few weeks now and I finally broke down to buy one after the foil razor had a piece missing and cut my face. Like all of you who might read this, I did my searching and came across this one and another that I was interested in and this one had 30% off, so, I clicked to buy it and it arrived early the following morning. The first thing you notice about this device is not even the device itself, rather the packaging, as it is in a giftable package that is quite nice and the internal packaging is very well appointed, nice foam inserts and the pieces all well divided and presented in layers. The weight and feel of the trimmer itself is quite nice, the button and display are conveniently placed. What I did not know initially was that the trimmer has two speeds, clicking the power button once for the first, twice for the second and the third time shuts it off. The foil trimmer was what I was really looking for and this trimmer did not disappoint. The foil trimmer is nearly twice the size of my previous trimmer, so that comes in handy for sure. The other trimmer components are quite nice as well, not to mention the attachments and other pieces that either fit onto the base or can be put in the included pouch. The included comb looks odd but you can tell that some thought went into the design as it has angled proportions that make using it quite easy. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with the entire product and it is well worth the money, even if I hadn’t gotten a discount at the time of purchase. Is it on par with the Manscape devices? Maybe, but then again I wouldn’t know for sure because I am not willing to spend the money to find out, however, I can tell you that with everything that is included, I am sure this product will do the trick just the same at a fraction of the cost!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:⭐️ 1 Star – DO NOT BUY – Faulty Product & Horrible Customer Service.  I purchased this Brightup trimmer thinking it was a solid choice, but it completely stopped working within the warranty period. Since then, I’ve contacted their warranty department at least four times with no resolution.Customer service has been absolutely useless – they refuse to help, and every time I ask for a supervisor, I’m told they’re unavailable. No one calls back. No one follows up. It’s like they’re doing everything possible to avoid honoring their warranty.This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and Brightup fails miserably on that front.Save your money and your sanity. Do not buy this product.

Value for money shaver with good functionality. Just be careful as the shaver is not ultra washable, as advertised. There are components such as screws in the head of the shaver, and also several of the adapters, that appear not to be rust-proof. Washed the interior and dried with a towel / blower immediately after use, on several occasions. However, I’ve noticed that the screws are already rusty after several months of once a month use.

Deffinatly value for money. Works nice, clean cut, plenty of accessory’s. Worth the money.

I’ve been so impressed with this trimmer I’ve had other well known brands that feel so cheap compared to this one and the speed makes a perfect cut which is the most important part of a trimmer but I so love the digital remaining power gauge at least you know if you have enough power to trim up before needing to charge it, it’s very comfortable too hold while using,the depth pieces are very easy to change n they work amazingly the thin runners glide through the hair very easily n smoothly n doesn’t push the hair to the side leaving an uneven cut so you don’t get those long hair pop ups,the different cutting heads all work awesome n easy to switch out n so easy to clean up plus the at this price I could buy two or three trimmers easily if not more for the price of one of other brands I’m definitely will buy other Brightup products the only personal minor detail is that I had to adjust the cutting blade guard or edge but nothing a phillips screwdriver can’t handle I just prefer it right on the edge of cutting blades it’s a minor set back considering I’ve had to do the same with every trimmer I’ve ever had that’s why it’s 5 stars all day long I’ll definitely be buying for gifts n recommending the Brightup line of products
