Didnât expect much after reading a lot of the reviews, but it worked incredibly well on my hair. Iâm 50 with long hair that is getting more brittle and thin. It made my hair noticeably softer and easier to handle after blow drying. Great scent too. Worth the money for me.

The Brazilian Blowout Anti-aging correct + prevent formula is designed to soften, strengthen, and improve the look and feel of hair. It contains argan oil, soybean oil, and brassica napus seed oil alongside various silicone derivatives. Silicones can be beneficial to hair in some areas such as heat protection and strengthening. They can also add shine. However, I have read that in some instances they can coat the hair and prevent moisture from getting in and in turn eventually dry the hair out. That is a concern with this formula since it has over five silicone derivatives.There are a few silicones in this formula that have been put on the “avoid” list as being somewhat difficult to wash out. However, I have not yet actually had issues with this group of silicones and have found that they have been protecting my hair from heat damage and my hair does look and feel soft and replenished. It is more manageable and is not weighed down. The sprayer is too strong and comes out in a direct spray. I need to spray it in my hands to distribute. A little goes a very long way and this should last a long time.There are ingredients in the formula that may be considered anti-aging ingredients such as argan oil and some of the silicones could also be considered protective. I think it would be appropriate to list the ingredient profile. I like the smell and performance so far of the formula. I will update if this changes.Suggestions for improvement-add ingredient profile so that people avoiding silicones may have a better understanding of what is correcting and preventing-consider adding information that backs up the “anti-aging” claims on the ingredients
