FANTASTIC Massage Gun!!
FANTASTIC Massage Gun!! If you are in the market for a quality massage gun, then look no further because this one by Bob & Brad is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a different one for about 5 years and it did the job, but it was very noisy and heavy. It had given out and stopped working so we searched Amazon and found this one by Bob & Brad. We really liked how it had so many attachments and that it came with cooling and heating attachments too. When we received it, we were surprised at how compact it is and lighter weight than our old one. I was questioning if it would have the same kind of power, but it sure does and then some!! AND it is so much quieter than our old one where we could actually hear the TV while we used it, unlike our old one. After about a month of use, for some reason it stopped charging. So I reached out to the customer service and I got a live person right away who was very friendly and professional and apologized for the issue we were having and stated it was not typical. But all they asked was for me to send some details about our unit and a quick video showing it woudn’t charge. Once they received the email, they responded right away and quickly sent us a new massager. Every time I corresponded with the customer service representative over email, they were very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly!! Very pleasantly surprised at my interaction with them and wish that all companies operated that way! We received our new massager within a couple of days and have been using it daily since and are extremely pleased with it!!! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this massager for not only how well it works, but also for the great company and service they provide!!!

Wow. This thing is awesome and I got it for a great price.
Definitely worth getting one if you get or have sore muscles whether from working out or injuries.I love this massager and it comes with plenty of accessories (different massage tips) to give you the massage you need. The battery life is decent and it’s easy enough to charge. I didn’t think I really needed the tip that does heat and cold, but it actually works really well. It’s pretty amazing actually. My favorite tip is the soft(ish) ball and if you’re really sore and can’t take the direct impact, you can simply turn the unit to the side to reduce the amount of impact you feel. My daughter liked mine so much she bought one too. She got a slightly different model from the same manufacturer, but likes mine better (although they have almost all the same features).The case is really nice to keep your massage gun and all of the tips together.

Relief in Hand, GREAT Customer Service!
I’ve watched numerous videos online featuring physical therapists Bob and Brad over the years, so when I suffered a fractured tibial plateau, I knew I’d be using their recommendations for rehab when the time came. It was during a PT session at my therapists office that I overheard another client talking about a massage gun he was getting ready to order for his knee injury. He said he’d done extensive research and found one for a good price. I asked him which one he was going to get, and when he said Bob and Brad was the brand, I KNEW it was for me too! I ordered it that day and it has been a life saver for me. Being a 75-yo woman, the ‘gun’ seemed too heavy for me to manage initially, but once I got used to the weight in my hand, it’s been no problem. I use it every day, sometimes twice a day to ease tight tendons and muschle aches. It has options for every ache and pain you can imagine. It charges quickly and holds the charge for a significant period of time. It comes in a great little case to keep all the accessories in one place. Easy to use and easy to carry with me, I love this massage gun. Bob and Brad – they’re the most famous physical therapists on the internet and this is only one reason why!UPDATE: Unfortunately for me, the massage gun stopped charging. FORTUNATELY for me, BOB AND BRAD PRODUCTS stand behind their guarantee and within a few days after contacting them, I had a new massage gun in hand. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I saw this on youtube. They said is stronger even in smaller level.I was so happy.Help my knee hurt.Now me and my wife used it everyday.Feels so good.Anyway, it was broke in 6 months.However, the customer service was awesome. After couple emails and videos, they replaced it.I would recommend and buy again.Awesome!!!

Great massager, poor battery life.
Iâve had the massager about a month now. The massager itself works well and has a good amount of power for how small it is. The battery life is pretty short, it usually lasts for 3 separate cycles on the lowest setting (1 out of 5). Also the battery light indicator does not work properly it can have 3 out of 4 lights lit up and not make it through a cycle.

Its pretty pretty good.Battery life is excellent, good variety of attachments, feels well made, allows for different levels of pressure/intensity.All in all definitely worth the coin as I have been using 1-2 times a day and it has been really effective to help combat IT band related tightness.Knowing what I know now I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again.

UPDATE REVIEW – DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS:I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch.Now it’s April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it’s DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it’s DEAD.It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it’s useless.I don’t see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see.Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers.I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating “Pain Relief” this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory “Battery Life” well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won’t have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the “Easy to Use” rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager……. maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it’s job well; I would buy again.UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it’s usually on the “low” speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it’s a great massager.UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 ………………My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. Je souffre depuis des années de douleurs au niveau du cou et lâomoplate. Environ 5 torticolis par an. Les douleurs se déclenchent très rapidement après même avoir juste lavé deux assiettes. Les séances kiné me faisait du bien mais que sur le moment.Je me suis surprise ces derniers temps à pouvoir faire un tas de choses et me dire mais je nâai pas mal effectivement tous les soirs je passe lâappareil dans mon cou 5 minutes pour être certaine jâai arrêté cette routine et de nouveau ces affreuses douleur alors oui cet appareil a amélioré mon quotidien il est de très bonne qualité il est robuste avec un très beau design et une belle pochette pour le ranger et lâemporter facilement! Je peux mâen servir seule malgré que ce ne soit pas ultra léger mais vu lâappareil câest normal. Il est même très efficace sur des douleurs de courbatures après sport câest vraiment une merveille. Mes proches ont pu le tester et ils ont tous été séduits! Jâen avais acheté un de 20⬠qui nâétait pas aussi efficace et surtout qui a lâché très rapidement alors cet appareil mérite amplement son prix et 5 étoiles!
