Great chewables
These are a great chewable. Grandma Judy needs to read the label-thereâs NO need to swallow! Also, the taste a bit like cotton candy. Weâve tried so many different chewables, liquid, sublingual etc and keep coming back to this brand.

Good ingredients – and it works!
We’ve been so happy with this brand of melatonin. The best apart is there aren’t any fake sugar or anything. So many other brands I looked at had ingredients that I didn’t want to eat. These are clean and great. They taste like little berry candies – quite yummy and they definitely work. I’ve re ordered these many times over the years and will keep getting this brand. I highly recommend!

Melatoninn 5 mg or 10mg? Discrepancies in listing information
âThis product states on the bottle itself that each tablet contains 10mg of melatonin and that the dosage is just 1 tablet. However, the online listing contradicts this. The listing states:Bluebonnetâs EarthSweet Chewables Melatonin provides a 5 mg doseThe bottle label says 120 tablets, however the online listing says that the bottle contains 60 tablets. In fact, the bottle DOES contain 120 tablets.I can validate quantitatively that the tablet count is correct. However, I am unable to validate qualitatively if the table dosage is 5 or 10 mg.Beyond these discrepancies is the fact that these are chewables. My preference is to take melatonin once I have brushed my teeth and am in bed. I don’t feel comfortable chewing something without brushing my teeth afterward, so this doesn’t work well for me. It may not be a factor for others, that’s totally personal.The bottle was very safely wrapped – plastic over the entire bottle and a safety paper inside the cap.I just feel uneasy not knowing the accurate dosage. Needs greater attention to detail in the listing!

Okay, I received this bottle of melatonin and have spent the last week truly trying it out for everyone. If you honestly have problems sleeping and your searching for new brands of melatonin to take, this is not it. Yes, I will tell you why.Bluebonnet Nutrition EarthSweet Melatonin 10 mg Fast-Acting Quick Dissolve Nighttime Relaxation & Restful Sleep Support – Sleep Aid – Gluten-Free, Vegan – Raspberry Flavor – 120 Chewable TabletsFirst, our household has been taking various brands of melatonin, for many years now. Honestly, more than a decade and have tried just about all of them. However, we haven’t ever tried 10mg tablets so, my wife and I figured we would give it a shot for ourselves. As many people, including us struggle just getting a solid night sleep. Okay, let’s set the scene.10:00 PM we take the tablets and they taste amazing, like a Halloween candy. Seriously, they nailed it, when it comes to flavor. It chews up a little grainy, as just about all chewable’s in tablet form do, to be honest. We have a child with SPD so, some of you already know this issue. Moving on, 45 minutes to an hour, we started feeling a little sleepy. Now, we have been awake since 5 A.M. so, its been a while. This doesn’t ever help us actually fall asleep, waiting 2 hours into this. I mean, this is 10mg of melatonin, I’ve never taken a single dose this high. Obviously, this is disappointing, as we expected to be out cold. We’ve had better results with gummies from other brands, including the amazon basics. Plus, depending on what brand, your taking 6MG or less.After taking these, for more than a week, I wouldn’t get these again. One night, I actually fell asleep but, was awake within 2 hours. This trial cost me many hours of sleep, going back, to the gummies. Note, when shopping for gummies, make sure you read the descriptions, as their gummies might required multiple, to reach the advertised milligram. We unfortunately, do not have a way, to test the actual dose of melatonin in these tablets.One additional note, it does come in a small, real glass bottle, that’s a really nice touch. Maybe this was a bad batch but, I just can’t recommend these, for sleep at all.
