â¦.the cuff ALMOST doesnât fit my arm. Iâm 6â tall and 210 lbs. Iâm in fairly good shape with decent sized arms, so if youâre a bigger person you might have an issue with the cuff size.

Seul bémol , prise présente sur l’appareil pour le brancher sur secteur ,mais adaptateur non fourni. Ceci dit il n’est pas dans le descriptif donc pas de mensonge. Les piles elles sont présentes.Colis arrivé avec 1 jour d’avance.

Medisana BU 510 Oberarm- Blutdruckmessgerät 51160, mit Arrhythmie-Anzeige, mit WHO Ampel-Farbskala, für eine präzise BlutdruckmessungNachdem ich beim Arzt war und dieser zum wiederholten Mal bei mir einen erhöhten Blutdruck festgestellt hat, haben meine Frau und ich uns aus gesundheitlichen Gründen dazu entschlossen, uns für den Hausgebrauch ein Blutdruckmessgerät anzuschaffen. Nun können wir durch gelegentliches Messen unseren Blutdruck auch selbst im Auge behalten und gegebenenfalls einen Arzt konsultieren ð. Da wir hierfür jedoch nicht Unsummen ausgeben wollten, habe ich mich in verschiedenste Foren im Internet eingelesen und bin immer wieder über dieses Gerät âgestolpertâ. Schnell war für uns klar, dass dies hinsichtlich unserer Belange das richtige Produkt darstellt. Also Amazon auf, kurz danach gesucht und auch gefunden, rein damit in den Warenkorb und auch gleich bestellt. Nach kurzer Zeit wurde es dann auch geliefert.Aber nun zu dem Blutdruckmessgerät selbstâ¦Das Blutdruckmessgerät wird mit vier handelsüblichen AA-Batterien betrieben und verfügt auch über ein Netzteilanschluss. Die Batterien waren wie angegeben in dem Lieferumfang enthalten. Ein Netzteil wurde leider nicht mitgeliefert, aber es wurde ja auch nicht mit angegeben. Wer das Gerät mit einem Netzteil betrieben möchte muss sich halt noch eines dazu kaufen. Für uns reicht der ânormaleâ Batteriebetrieb jedoch aus. Wir setzten es häufig ein und die Batterien zeigen auch noch keine Schwächen ð. Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht. Auf der Blutdruckmessmanschette ist die Anlegerichtung durch einen auf dieser aufgedruckten Pfeil angegeben. Die Bedienungsknöpfe sind sehr groà und auch die digitale Anzeige ist auch durch ihre GröÃe leicht für ältere Personen zu lesen. Das Gerät ist mit einem internen Speicher ausgestattet. Ãber diesen können für zwei unterschiedliche Personen bis zu 90 Messergebnisse gespeichert werden. So kann man die Ergebnisse auch über einen längeren Zeitraum anzeigen lassen und vergleichen. Seitlich an der digitalen Anzeige ist eine Farbskala angebraucht. Diese zeigt durch die Farben Rot, Orange, Gelb und Grün, an ob der Blutdruck gut, durchschnittlich, erhöht oder sehr hoch ist. Zudem ist in der Bedienungsanleitung auch eine Tabelle abgedruckt, mit welcher man die gemessenen Werte vergleichen kann. Die Blutdruckmessmanschette ist durch ihren Klettverschluss individuell einstellbar und passt somit auf jeden durchschnittlichen Oberarm. Das Gerät selbst hat eine GröÃe von 13 x 11 x 6 cm (Breite x Höhe x Tiefe) und kann somit auch ganz einfach auf Reisen mitgenommen werden. Zudem hat es fast kein Gewicht, ist aber aus unserer Sicht sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Bei dem Gerät ist auch eine kleine Stofftasche dabei in welchen man es aufbewahren kann.Die Benutzung selbst ist wie oben beschrieben kinderleicht. Die Blutdruckmessmanschette wird als erstes in Pfeilrichtung anlegen und mittels Klettverschlusses verschlieÃen. Nun muss nur noch der grüne Knopf gedrückt werden und die Messung beginnt. Ãber den Knopf âMEMâ bzw. âSETâ kann der jeweilige Benutzer und die Speicherung ausgewählt und eingesehen werden.Resümee:Günstiges und hochwertig verarbeitest Blutdrückmessgerät, welches für den Hausgebrauch sehr gut geeignet ist. Sehr einfache Bedienung mit Speichermöglichkeit der Messung für zwei Personen. Das ðµ – Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – ðµ stimmt unserer Meinung nach.
