Standard Measurement Steps
Wrap the cuff around the left upper arm, and the cuff tube should be located inside the arm and in line with the middle finger.
The bottom of the cuff should be located 2-3cm above the inner side of the elbow joint of the upper arm.
Tips:Wrap the cuff and leave a finger gap between the arm and the cuff.
Place your forearms flat on the table, palms up and sit up straight.
Attention: keep the center of the cuff is at the same height as your heart.
Press the switch button, remain still and don’t talk until the measurement process is complete.

1.The measure reading is not accurate?
For get more accurate result,please follow these tips:
Sit still for five minutes before measurement.Be seated in a chair with back support.Put your arms out in front of the table with your palms up and your fingers soft.Place a towel between the elbow and the sphygmomanometer to keep the arm stable.Keep the sphygmomanometer at the same height as the heart.Attention: Repeated measurement will lead to congestion of the wrist and affect the measurement results. Improvement method: raise the left hand and shake the fist several times, or take off the cuff and rest for at least 4-5 minutes before measurement.
2.What does the error message on the screen indicate and how to deal with it?
When error 1 is displayed, the sensor signal is abnormal, indicating that the component is damaged and cannot be measured, please tell us for processing.When error 2 is displayed, please tighten the cuff and measure again.When error 3 is displayed, please keep your arm or body still and measure again.When error 4 is displayed, it means the cuff is too loose or air leakage, please tighten the cuff and measure again.When error 5 is displayed, the cuff is too tight or the air circuit is blocked, adjust the cuff and measure again.When error 6 is displayed, it means serious pressure interference during measurement, please hold your arm or body still and measure again.When error 7 is displayed, it means the pressure value exceeds 295mmHg (39.33Kpa), please remeasure.
3.How to delete the old records?
When viewing the memory, press and hold the [MEM] key while holding down the [START / STOP] key for 2 seconds. When the screen displays all “-“, the memory will be deleted.Attention: Memory deletion is to delete all measurement data under one user at a time

Great except the voice which can be turned off.
BP cup works great. I love that. It comes with two sizes as my arm is a little right on the cusp of needing a big versus a small. The annoying thing is the voice. Itâs grading annoying like itâll raise my blood pressure annoying. Anyway, for those of you that do not like it. It is really easy to get rid of. You hold the S button for three seconds and then you can set the time. Keep toggling through by pushing the S button. Next is the SYS screen push S button again to get to âSPâ thatâs for speaker. It should flash ON you would then hit the âMâ and itâll change OFF. Push the S button again to finish toggling through. Your done. No more annoying voice.

Other than that obnoxious voice I like this product. I know there is another review in here somewhere that says how to deactivate her so once I get annoyed enough Iâll find it and shut her up. Readings seem reasonably accurate for a home unit.

Accurate and accommodating sizes
Love that the purchase comes with 2 BP cuff sizes. It also gives an accurate reading to the manual reading that my son got at the doctorâs office. My only complaint is the voice promptings are annoying.
