Iâve been using this wax for years, and it never disappoints! It works great for my thick, coarse hair whether itâs armpits, bikini, or facial. I normally buy the 500g size, but I noticed I was running out too quickly, so this time I went for the 1000g and Iâm so glad I did. It comes with a spatula, wooden sticks, and a pair of gloves, which is a nice bonus. Next time, Iâm excited to try a different color.

So I originally had a problem with the blue beads I had ordered how ever Iâm leaving a 5 star review because the customer service was great Ginaâs response and solution was fair I tried the pink beads that were sent and they work amazingly, no breakage dryed in reasonable time one pull took everything off. This is always my go to wax. I use it for everything including my face without any complications and I have very sensitive skin! I’ve used other brands in the past, that did not fully remove the hair. This wax removes majority, if not all of the hair!

It is a good wax. However, it does leave some residue and Iâm not a huge fan of the smell, but thatâs a personal preference. Didnât break my skin out. It didnât take too long to melt for me. Dry time may take a little longer if youâre used to fast drying hard wax. Overall, itâs a good wax if youâre just starting out.

Edit: customer service was wonderful and offered me a refund or gift card and told me that they changed their formulation!This wax is terrible. Never pulled of in one piece, there’s always residue left. Drips everywhere and doesn’t get all the hair in 1 pull. I’ve never had the problems like this with other wax I’ve used
