Great cat bed
Long story short version of my review: I ordered a size Large and size Extra Large that ended up being gifts to my sister’s cats, who love them. These are very cute and cozy pet tent beds – I’m very happy with them. For dog parents: I would suggest that if your dog is over 10 lbs, the Extra Large size is probably best.Long-winded version:I originally bought these pet tent beds as gifts for my parents’ dog. The Large size of this pet tent was just barely big enough for my parent’s 14 lb dog (Pomeranian and terrier mix). It would have worked for her if she liked to be curled up in a cozy space (there was no room to stretch out for her in the Large pet tent), but it seemed she did not want to be curled up – even though we tossed in treats as motivation. It didn’t help that my parents insisted on putting this pet bed in a place where their dog did not like to be, so their dog never used it. I ended up asking my parents if I could give this Large pet tent to my sister’s cats, and her cats immediately loved it.I then ordered the Extra Large size, and it was the more appropriate size for my parents’ dog – she would have had room to stretch out and sleep whichever way she wanted to. Again, however, my parents insisted on putting this pet bed in a place where their dog did not like to be, despite our suggestions to move it to where she’s accustomed to being. So, I also gave that Extra Large size to my sister’s cats, who loved it. (I ended up getting my parents’ dog a soft sweater, and that seems to be the way to go to help keep her warmer in their cool house.)I think this is a very cute pet bed that makes a very cozy spot. Due to varying pet personalities, I’m not docking any stars if a pet didn’t like it – maybe my parents’ dog would have never liked it even with optimal conditions. The build quality on the beds seems good, there were no holes or loose threads or anything. I will note, this is not good pet bed if you have a puppy or dog with destructive energy – it will not last long in that circumstance, and it isn’t meant to. It’s meant to be a soft plush cozy den bed, and it succeeds in that regard. The photos my sister showed me of her cats dozing while curled up in these beds made me very happy.

Great hiding place for kittens and cats!
I recently discovered my small cat has an anxiety disorder according to a local vet. The prescribed medication didnât work and after spending $400+ I saw one of these cat âtents.â I opened it up and when I turned my back, she found her way inside. I was surprised by the quality – itâs soft but sturdy. The inside pillow can be removed and laundered – another plus because I selected the beige and she has long black fur.

Soft Pet Tent
It’s a durable item and looks great. The problem I had with it is my dog (a 10 lb Toy Poodle) wouldn’t stay in it, I think because the opening is quite small. She’s a tall and lanky 10 lbs. She’s able to get it but I think it’s a bit too closed in for her. I tried to get her to stay in by lying down facing her. She stay in as long as I’m there but as soon as I moved she was out of there. But she’ll stay in a small crate that’s all covered except the door, but a crate door is much bigger than your door. Anyway, I couldn’t use it so I gave it to a friend whose dog loves it. So all is not lost.

Soft, yet sturdy, bottom cushion comes out for washing. Dog loves it, especially filling his crate space 19â x 30â at bedtime w his blanket. He only started this nighttime, bed in crate when he could hold overnight for 7 hours. He is an 8 lb., 1 year old IG, and long when stretched out.

Great for cats and some dogs
I bought this for my dachshund and she never liked laying inside of it. Instead she made a bed on top. But I use it for my cats now and they seem to like taking a nap inside. It’s very soft and squishy and easy to move around.

Very pleased. The tent shape holds well even after the washing machine AND dryer.The “walls” are well padded, soft enough to be comfy but firm enough to hold shape. Perfect really.Definitely seems like it keeps your pet warm and comfy.The cushion inside is SLIGHTLY small but I wrap a thin blanket over it to keep it clean anyway so it’s almost better that it is.Definitely recommend. Would buy again.

Nice bed, comes cryovaced. Best to put on your dryer for 30 minutes, with no heat. You have to do a little fluffing to get the sides just right, but once you do, it’s great.Our cat lives it much to the shegrin of our dog! I highly recommend this product.
