Hoping this helps
I sit for long periods of time and after only an hour or two my back starts to feel it. This book gives some good tips that I hope will help. I think my two main problems are sitting for too long without getting up and not sitting in a proper chair. I plan to get a lumbar pillow and as suggested by this book, get up and walk around every hour. The book also give advice for different pain relievers, such as herbal remedies and different yoga and stretching positions. I also plan to try some of these as well. Overall this book give simple tips that I think most people can implement.

Good Practical Advice
We all know the basic causes of back pain, but when it’s there in black and white, it’s hard to deny that you are doing things incorrectly.Helpful book, with some really good practical advice with little tips and tricks to help, as well as various kinds of exercises you can do, depending on the kind of exercise you like (yoga, pool work, etc). I actually LOLed at the first cause of back pain (“You are not invincible,” haha), because it rings so true to me.If you’re having back pain, check it out. If even one of these things helps you out, it’s way easier and cheaper than going to an expensive doctor (who may or may not know what they’re talking about).

This is a concise and comprehensive look at how you can help battle back pain. The writing is quite well done. It’s clear and to the point and doesn’t have a bunch of filler. Every section addresses the subject matter. Overall, this is a great e-book that is sure to give you lots of valuable information on relieving your back pain. This one is well worth your time!

Only 20% (7.5 pages) of 37 pages are about the back pain, the rest is “bonus material” about Buddhism
The first thing you need to know that only 20% (based on Amazon location counter) is about back pain, 80% is the “bonus” material about a completely unrelated topic of Buddhism. Even though it is called a bonus I consider it a negative as it gave me a wrong impression about the amount and seriousness of material in the book on the topic that I was interested in. Amazon lists this book as a 37 page book and 20% of 37 pages is 7.5 pages.The 20% of the book that is about back pain is very light weight, no images, no diagrams. It describes good positions for sitting and good exercises, but without images so the information is not very useful as it is easy to misinterpret the words. All serious books on the topic always include instructions and diagrams. You can find better material by searching on the internet.Ali Julia review

Solid advice and tips
I get a lot of headaches, way more than the average person. After researching, I think the pain actually radiates from my back into my head, not the other way around. I picked up this book hoping it would help me pinpoint the real issue. It covered quite a few normal situations, like standing, sitting and riding in the car and gave some good tips. It wasn’t too in depth, but the tips and advice it offers is very sold.
