Worked for me!
Bought these to relieve constipation, which I think was leading to very bad fatigue . BB12 is the key according to studies. Iâm on day 2 and have had 7 âcleanâ movements so far (no mush, no push). Little bit of gas but nothing outrageous. Just hoping it isnât a coincidence but I donât think it is!

Felt like it gives “support” to the immune system, warding off colds / crud others we know picked up in the same environment
The doctor suggested probiotics… and we were planning a trip that included attending a convention with 100,000 other people where we almost always come home with “the con crud” so we figured why no try “with immune support” on the off chance that helped. For the first time in over 10 years… no Con Crud! In fact, for the first time in 10 years, the person taking Align Daily Immune Support Probiotic while attending the convention came home feeling healthy, and somewhat energetic, and given they walked over 20 miles during the 5 days they were at the convention, and normally have a sit down desk job from 9 – 5, it is normally counted a minor miracle if they are still standing.At least two friends who were with us at that convention picked up colds / Con Crud… so it wasn’t that there was nothing “to come down with” this year.We’re ordering another package for our next trip… unsure how we feel about constantly being on probiotics, some say once you are on them stay on them, others say you don’t want your body to stop doing the natural thing because it gets accustomed to you doing the pill thing… so we may “shake it up” and take occasional breaks from the pills… but our two cents worth, was these gave the immune system some extra support in a situation where in the past we have wished the immune system had the support, and a 2 week trip that is normally very hard on the body, in every sense, was not, and we believe Align played a role in that.

Didn’t seem to help
My Gastroenterologist suggested a probiotic so I researched several and decided to try this brand as it advertised some symptoms I have. Also it was priced a bit lower even though I think it’s still pricey.I used it for 2 months but didn’t feel any improvement. I’m not sure if more time was needed to work for me but since I didn’t want to pay unnecessarily I cancelled a reoccurring order.
