Great for a DIY Nail Newbie
I was really nervous to take on doing my nails myself, but life has gotten in the way of having time to go to the salon so I took the plunge to attempt my own gel nail fills and polishing. I knew I didn’t want to go the way of manual files because no one really has time for that, but as a non-professional I didn’t know the ins and outs of e-files. I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of comparisons and settled on this one because it has enough power to get the job done but is really user-friendly at the same time. It took me a minute to get the hang of changing directions when I change hands. Luckily as a leftie I have learned to adapt to a right-handed world and can use my non-dominant hand almost as easily as my dominant, so I came out of my first go-round with minimal bloodshed. Lots of YouTube videos later and I’m fairly confident. I love that this e-file is so easy to use because that really helped! It’s lightweight enough that I can hold it comfortably, there’s no vibration as long as I’m going the right direction, and it has plenty of power from the outset. I fully charged it before I used it, and after removing an entire set of the acrylic I had on my nails and leveling & buffing the gel I replaced the acrylic with it was still almost fully charged.As a newbie this took a couple of hours! On first use I had some trouble with it cutting out like there was a loose wire in the cable between the hand piece and the unit itself. That seemed to clear up after a while so I’m putting it down to first-use glitches. It looks great, it’s very sturdy, and holds a charge for a long time. I’m really happy with my choice to purchase the AIRSEE 35000!

After 5 drill returns-I kept this one.
First this is an honest review from a DIYer with over 5 years of experience doing my own and others nails for artistic fun. I watch YouTube videos by other nail enthusiasts all over the world and just enjoy doing nails as a hobby.Yes, I bought 5 different popular brands and types recently from cheap ($50) to overly expensive pro models ($380) here on Amazon, and this one was the best for me. I couldnât believe the issues some of the drills had! All returned.I would say this Airsee drill is a great step up from the cheap ones you start with and good enough for a pro for a good back up or portable drill. I have used it to do 2 full remove and reapply Gel sets in one day and was not fatigued holding it. It is smooth, powerful, easy to hold and control. There is no wobble in the bit or vibration, which is a big deal in drills. No over heating even on high speeds. The battery charge lasts at least 8 hours. I havenât used it all up yet for a true time test. The weight of the drill is about medium and similar to others in the pro category. The bits that come with the drill are adequate, but I have my own favorites. I found some of my really long bits did not fit in all the way, just shy 1/4â.Only one minor draw back I would note when compared to very expensive pro drills is that when going from R to L direction, you do need to wait for the drill to stop before changing directions. Itâs only a second or two, but a pro would notice.If there was an improvement I could request, is that it had some kind of stand to put it in. I donât clip it on my belt, I lay it on the table with the power dial facing me, so the LED display is always upside down. But all of these portable types are like that. Some of the more expensive ones have a holder that will also hold a few bits.I hope my review helps you choose and maybe saves you some headaches trying to find a good drill. If so, let me know.

****UPDATE****AIRSEE FIXED IT AND IS SO AWESOME!!! I CONTACTED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND AIRSEE ONLY NEEDED TO CONFIRM I WAS STILL WITHIN THE REPLACEMENT PERIOD AND THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW DRILL FREE OF CHARGE TO FIX THE PROBLEM!THANK YOU SO MUCH AIRSEE FOR BEING SO AWESOME AND RECTIFYING THE PROBLEM!!!!I chose to delete the original Review due to the fact that the situation has been rectified!The drill is phenomenally stunning!* itâs so silent you barely know itâs on!* itâs sleek, lightweight and the new design is phenomenal!* VERY powerful!* The handle is smaller and more sleek for small hands like mine and I have found I have better control and work much more efficiently on my non dominant hand as well.This is THEE BEST efile thus far! I would love to get it in blue and do reviews on their products! I am TRULY an AIRSEE GAL FOR LIFE!
