My monitor is displaying “Err or E” symbol. What should I do?
1. Make sure you remain very still and quiet during measurements.
2. Remove and readjust your cuff placement, try the measurement again.
3. If you continue to experience issues, please contact to the Manufacturer for further assistance.
The monitor is not displaying a measurement, or the readings are too high or too low. What should I do?
Ensure your cuff is connected and applied correctly on your upper arm. Make sure you remain very still and quiet during measurements. If you have a very weak or irregular heartbeat, the monitor may have difficulty determining your blood pressure.
I realized I need to adjust my cuff or body while the cuff is inflating. What should I do?
If you need stop the inflation at any time, press the START/STOP button again.
I took my blood pressure measurement and want to log and track my results on my phone. Does A&D have an app?
Yes, download the A&D Heart Track App and manually log and share results. Your monitor will also store up to 60 measurement sets automatically. If the data in your monitor exceeds 60, the oldest data will be deleted to make space.
Nothing is appearing on the display, even when the power is turned on. What should I do?
There may be an issue with your batteries. Please check the battery placement first, and if the problem persists, try replacing the 4 AA batteries. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the Manufacturer for further assistance.

Battery operated, good accuracy
With an elderly parent in my home, we needed a good blood pressure monitor that was fairly easy to use and easily read screen. This one fits the bill – the video on the site made it really easy to understand where to put the cuff, how to line it up, even reminding you not to cross your legs (which even nurses don’t always do anymore). It appears to be accurate with the readings we’ve seen in the doctor’s office, and works easily. The only reason I deducted one star – I really wish it had the option of USB chargeable or able to be plugged into a wall outlet as well.
