My kids and I had a blast with these. The color pay off is what you’d expect if not a bit better on dark hair. My daughter has red hair and the blue, green, and purple showed up well. My son has blonde hair, only wanted blue and green and they showed up really well on his hair. My hair is brown/dyed red and the greens and blues showed up well. Just remember to wet the hair strands and to color the top of the section you pick, not the bottom. It all washed right out.

Good for kids and for fancy dress. Colour gives off quite a bit on your clothes! Very chalk-like substance.

Worked great but took a while to wash out of my hair and got all over my clothes
I bought this for my Halloween costume in October. I was dressing up as Harley Quinn so I wore my hair in pigtails and used the blue color on one side and red on the other side. The pigment was great and my hair looked really good that night but Iâm giving 4 stars because of 2 issues I had:1. I was wearing a white tshirt and it stained the shoulders of my shirt and somehow also stained my white silicone phone case?? I honestly have no idea how that happened I wasnât even talking on the phone that night and it wasnât near my hair but somehow my white silicone phone case was dyed red the next day and it wouldnât wash off. Luckily it was just a $5 phone case from Five Below and I just ended up buying a new case on Amazon. The stains did wash out of my shirt though!2. It took 2 weeks for the pigment to fully wash out of my hair. I have natural dark blonde hair with highlights. The ends of my hair were tinted blue on one side and tinted red on the other side even after shampooing twice every time I showered. It wasnât a super dark color or super noticeable unless I pointed it out to people but after a few washes one side looked more ashy/toned blueish blonde and the other side looked super brassy redish blonde. The highlighted pieces were especially noticeable. For some reason this tint lasted for over 2 weeks and I washed my hair 3x per week.Otherwise, the product worked fine for what I needed it for. The aftermath was just annoying.

Easy to use, bright colors
Well… I gave my dog a mohawk and wanted to giver it some color – these were perfect! Easy to use, wore off in 2 days (which was a good thing as far as I am concerned), didn’t come off on the furniture and the colors were nice and bright. When I took her for a walk she got rave reviews! ð

STAINS TUB
The application is great and the colors are vibrant. However, when washing my daughterâs hair in the bath, it stained our tub. Nothing will get it out. Would not recommend

Use hairspray to make it last
Put it in my toddlers hair, used a little hairspray and it stayed in all day. Comes out easy in the bath. Easy to use, nice colors.

Will discolor skin and clothes until it is washed out
I have used a variety of hair chalk products and am disappointed in these. While the color is vibrant it will not set in my hair. I dried my hair until completely dried and used hairspray. While this is enough with other products it did not work and I ended up with discolored skin and clothes. Will not purchase or use again.
