No sticky residue
These stickers have a mild herbal scent to them but is not overpowering. They stay stuck on all day until I remove them for my shower. The longest I have worn one was 15 hours. They are painless to remove (unless you have hair on your legs, then it will pull on the hair). They leave no sticky residue when removed, but sometimes, it will leave a small line of green where the edge of the sticker was. That is not a big deal to me and comes off during my shower. They are very thin like paper and feels like a bandaid, however they are not intrusive or bothersome for all day wear. They advertise self warming but the only time I feel any warmth is if the area im wearing it gets direct sunlight on it, then I feel warmth that feels a bit milder than IcyHot. I find that the backing on the stickers are difficult to remove unless you have fingernails. It would be nice if they updated the backing to be split in the middle like a bandaid so the backing was easier to remove instead of picking and picking at the edge(s) to separate it. I take Tylenol for my pain so honestly I dont know if the decrease in my knee and ankle pain is due to these stickers OR the Tylenol OR maybe a combination. One plus I DID notice is that my foot on the leg I have a torn MCL was swelling up by afternoon. Since I started wearing these stickers three days ago, i have not experienced any swelling in my foot. I honestly believe whatever herbs are in these stickers are actually helping with my foot swelling.

Natural ingredient pain relief
This works as well as any pain patches that I have previously used. It doesn’t completely get rid of pain, but it does lessen it. I have used it overnight on one of my knees that is always painful, and it was a bit better in the morning. I must admit I wasn’t expecting much, as the pain is deep inside, but anything in that area is better than nothing.I also used it on a painful muscle on the back of my neck. I also left it on overnight, and I noticed that it did definitely reduce pain. The one negative thing about using it on your neck, is that the skin is more delicate in that area so it was a little bit painful pulling it off, and it also left a slightly sticky feel that I was able to get off easily with micellar water.I appreciate the natural ingredients, I feel comfortable about placing it on my body.

Do not use if you have Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
I have CKD and always check with A.I. before I apply any unknown product to my body. Perplexity.ai states that Worm Wood extract is dangerous to you if you have kidney disease, and can cause more damage to your kidney! Since I cannot use this product myself, I had to petition 2 family members, my wife and my son. My son stated that the waxy paper that covers the sticky patch could be peeled off a lot easier if the white waxy paper was cut into 2 pieces. My son used the patches for 3 days, and said that his knee pain, on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 is worse pain) went from a 3-4 down to 2. So there was some improvement. My wife used patches for 4 days on the bottom of her foot. She stated there might have been a slight decrease in pain. Honestly, I cannot recommend any product that has as ingredient that has the potential to cause harm to you. If someone loves these patches and uses then for extended periods of time, I wonder if the worm wood extract might be building up in their bodies.

Worked well for my husband
My husband walked up the stairs and tweaked his knee. He tried one of these patches on and the pain was gone. He showed me how he was doing squats with this knee patch on and he normally wouldn’t be able to do that.He was quite happy with these patches.I suppose it depends on the injury whether or not the patch will work but it worked for him.

Targeted pain relief equal or better than NSAIDs or opiates lasts 12 hours+ for me
I really did not expect a lot from this item but I was looking for an alternative to extended use of NSAIDs or Opiates for my knee pain. Extended use of NSAIDs and Opiates is rough on the liver and kidneys and I already have impaired kidney function. I’ve had issues with my knees for a long time and a couple weeks ago tweaked one greatly increasing the pain and swelling so I’ve been alternating between Tylenol and ibuprofen for quite a while.I put the first patch on and the relief was almost immediate. Of course, the pain wasn’t completely gone, but I’d say it knocked it down over 80%, actually better than achieved with the painkillers. The relief easily lasted 12+ hours and was just starting to show signs of waning just about bedtime. I put another one on when I got up about 6 am this morning and it is now after 3 pm as I’m writing this and the patching is still going strong.I am definitely sold on this product!!

Works a bit better than ibuprofen
ZHUDDONG 24 Count Natural Knee Patch â Warming Herbal Patch for Knee, Back, Neck, Shoulder and Waist Comfort. These patches arrived very quickly, within 3 days of placing my order. They arrived sealed inside of a metallic envelope inside of a box. They can be very difficult to get the backing off of them. Once you do have the backing off of them they apply easily and they stick very well as long as you rub them on into place well. They do reduce the pain and achiness in my knee joints. I also had my husband try them and he said that they improved his knees as well. For some reason with one of them I did have a bit of a warming sensation that lasted for a few hours. But I haven’t noticed that nearly as strongly with the ones I have used after that. There is a strong herbal scent to them. But it is not so overpowering that it bothered me very much. I would say that I got about the same amount of relief from them if not a little bit more than what I would get from extra strength ibuprofen. All in all it’s a nice alternative to needing to ingest pain relief.
