Keep trying until you get working ones.
Bought a similar but different one meant for cats. The dog loved it but he kept popping it apart, the pieces just all snap together. Tried this one on a recommendation of a friend. Holds up a lot better, every once in a while he accidentally turns it off. But otherwise is standing up to the small dog.First pair only one would charge. They quickly sent two more. Just have to return the other ones in 30 days. No return or postage cost charge. Both of the new ones work and seem to run a lot longer, like 30 minutes constantly on. Button works different than the first one too, but does have the three settings. Fast, slow and interactive. There are obviously different manufacturers and versions of these. I like these that don’t turn off after 5 minutes, helps you find them on the rare occasion they get stuck. But most times even when jammed under a piece of furniture it works its way out. Dog goes nuts when it goes where he can’t reach it. It shakes and teases him, then suddenly darts out.A working one is worth every bit of $10.00.

Terrible quality
Donât waste your money on this toy. I was so disappointed with this purchase. From the first day we opened the box, it only lasted about 2 or 3 minutes with a full charge. After about 3 charges, it stopped working at all. One day of use was it. Very poor quality. If the toy worked as it was stated it would be an awesome product. But it does not work as stated.

Dog Loves but Broke quickly
My Pomeranian loves this toy. But it broke after 2 weeks. It seems to be an issue with the power button. The red light says itâs charging but when I press the power button, it wonât start up.Prior to it going out, I had wished I purchased 2 for when itâs on the charger. Itâs a great pet toy when it works.

Not great, it should last longer when it works.
My dog loves this toy but I had to return the first one because it didn’t power on. The second one came and the dog was so excited to play with it but it doesn’t stay charged for very long and she is able to pop the sides off. I will keep it because it didn’t cost much but I wish it lasted longer. I guess you get what you pay for.
