2.Begin using the whistle right before you say the recall command (e.g., “Come”). When the dogs responds and come to you, immediately offer a treat and praise.

3.Start increasing the distance between you and your dog while using the whistle followed by the recall command.

4.As your dog becomes proficient, start reducing the frequency of treats. Use verbal praise or petting as rewards, ensuring the dog still responds reliably to the whistle alone for recalls.
