If you canât methylate B vitamins, like 50% of the population, then this vitamin is for you. It was a game changer for my husband and I. Iâm actually using and able to process the vitamins and minerals Iâm taking. Great product!!

I have been on these for over 5 months thanks to God and these I have not been sick since no seasonal flu or colds and have greatly helped my weight loss with carnivore diet (not strictly dirty carnivore) recommend as it is mentholated multi vitamin, pricy but no longer have to purchase other vitamins in support so offsets cost.

Great Product. I feel like this multivitamin is filling in the gaps that my previous one did not. Also, you take fewer capsules. Though it has only been a month, I have noticed my energy level, and my sleep are better. No taste or smell. Easy to swallow.

I take 1 or 2 in the morning on an empty stomach. Like most vitamins the effect is not strong, but I have better energy, reduced brain fog and many other improved bodily functions all day long.Best multivitamin Iâve ever had, and actually a very good value as well!

This multi vitamin/mineral supplement seams to be working well. I haven’t been taking it long enough to realize any real boost to my energy level or my well-being. But it boasts to have the right ingredients. It’s quite expensive, so I hope to see some results by next month.

Wonderful Methylated Multi!
I found out about methylated multivitamins through podcast that had Gary Brecka as a guest. This is the best one that I have found. This brand has more trace vitamins that any other brand I have found. I used to get IV vitamin drips with all of this stuff in it, but this is way more cost effective for me overall, and some of the vitamins in the IVs were actually the cheap version (like cyanocobalamin). I don’t notice a taste, and the size and quality is good for the amount I take. I do take 3 a day based on the directions. Overall, I will be continuing to purchase this vitamin!
