ED and energy option!
So I bought this item in a combination of supplements. Yohimbine, DHEA, and L-Arginine as a “natural” way to address ED. I’ve tried a few others but this combination works after 1.5-2wks. This is my 2nd week now. I’ve noticed that I wasn’t losing rigidity when changing positions. I noticed a “healthy appearance” overall. Trying to be politically correct here. A noticeable difference in energy levels and stamina. However, the combination is working for me and I am actually impressed. I wanted to go from a 3 o’clock to a 1 o’clock, but right now it’s at 2 o’clock. Perhaps continuing will get me to something between 1 and 2 o’clock. 56yrs old and in higher than average fitness.

New Product name – “GOUT-BE-GONE”
Amazing Benefit – maybe no one else is aware!!!!!I have purchased one container of Havasu L-Arginine and used it casually for my workout and energy needs. But just this week I discovered an new amazing use for this product. NO BS… This is my personal experience and I want to help others like me looking for a solution, other than kidney and liver damaging PHARMA products. I had a major GOUT attack in my left ankle this past week. I usually manage my diet well and I’m good shape, for a mid, 50’s guy. Well I’ve been trying to manage with diet, and other much talked about remedies on the internet to squash a gout attack. After several days of try all commonly talked about treatments, nothing was really working. I was at an impasse really. My ankle was swollen, I could still put on my shoe and go to work but I was limping and the more I walked or sat at my desk the more the swelling worsened. Yesterday morning I was awake early and surfing the net on the coach with my IPad, and left foot raised to help with the swelling. I was doing some research on gout and was looking a some reports on dietary changes to elevate your body’s pH levels. Gout is caused by high levels of uric acid in your blood. As it gets higher and higher it begins to percipitate out of your blood stream and collect in lower extremities where blood flow is lower and less able to flush out the bad bi-products of our metabolisms. I came accross a recommendation to take L-Arginine to increase your body alkalinity. Interesting…. So I google “Gout and Nitric Oxide (NO). Long story – short, I found a scientific article studying the interaction between uric acid (UA) and Nitric Oxide (NO). The conclusion of the study was UA and NO will directly react to each other in blood plasma…. So sitting on the coach at 5AM, I am reading this…. my ankle is swollen to 1.5 it’s normal size, I’m limping, and my joint mobility is maybe 20% of normal. Pushing any range of motion beyond that point would give me pain of 9 on a scale of 10, and I’d break into a cold sweat from the intensity. Well it couldn’t hurt to try. I got of the couch limped to the room and grabbed my bottle of L-Arginine 1200mg capsules. I took two capsules and went back to the couch not expecting anything dramatic to change soon. It was amazing….. within 30 minutes my ankle felt like a biochemical war was raging on. Tingling, heat, small muscle spasms, millisecond impulses in my lower leg nerves….. my pain was melting away. Roughly an hour later I got up and took two more capules, and drank an entire quarter of water with it. Now it’s may 6:10AM, and I back on the couch with my foot elevated. The pain is noticeably decreasing as the minutes pass, and my range of motion in my ankle joint as I sit there in my recliner is improving. By 7AM I get up, I am still limping but my range of motion in my ankle is close to 50% of normal and my pain level is maybe a 6 out of 10. Now I don’t know if you can overdose on L-Arginine, but I don’t want to find our the hard way either. I drink another quarter of water at lunch two more capsules, and drink another quarter of water that yesterday afternoon. That’s allot of L-Arginine in one day, but I haven’t notice any side effects….Until this morning….. My range of motion is 80% of normal, my pain is maybe 3 out of 10. AND I can walk normally with NO limp. Now I’m not going running today but I am walking with no noticeable limp. In just 24 hours I am not exaggerating….Somebody need to study this more closely It’s Darn miracle experience for me in the last 24 hours.I just ordered more and signed up on the subscription offer to save 5%. Try it I’m not lying…! And don’t work for Havasu Nutrition.

INEFFECTIVE DOSE AND PRODUCT $$
While the customer service does seem above average in terms of friendliness and responsiveness, there are a couple of big problems with this product. Mainly, it is overpriced. Not only are these almost 20$ for a single bottle, but the product itself is relatively low value. While the bottle says 30 day supply, that is only on a dosage of 1200 mg (2 pills). The standard daily dosage of L Arganine is 3-6 grams a day. That means one would need to take FIVE TO TEN pills a day to reach 3-6 grams. That would make a bottle of this product a SIX TO TWELVE DAY SUPPLY. The cayenne pepper, although it does help the vascular system, is really just a cheap filler to hide even more how little active ingredient you’re actually getting. Marketing this L Arganine product as a 30 day supply helps justify the price to the consumer.I contacted a customer service agent asking about dosage, and they said “I would not recommend exceeding the directions on the label (2 per day). If you want to take more than that, I would suggest talking with your healthcare professional…” See what they did there? They can’t say that their recommended dose is in the right range, no comment about what the standard dose actually is. But they make it sound like it might be dangerous or risky to take more, even though the dosage of 3-6 grams is already established by research.L-Arganine is a cheap supplement, so I see this brand as really just a money making opportunity to profit off the popularity of Arganine at the expense of consumers. Because of the shady qualities mentioned, and the ineffectiveness of such a low recommended dosage as well as the high cost, I am rating this product one star. It is simply not worth the money. The second big problem is that Arganine is not well-absorbed by the body on it’s own. And when it is absorbed, it only affects blood serum levels for a short time. For this reason, I refer everyone to research l citrulline as an alternative NO producing supplement. This product does contain L-Citrulline, but only in a very small amount (200 mg per pill).
