Highly Recommended – Effective
I work night shifts and my sleeping patterns have changed, causing stress and anxiety. After taking these vitamins, I noticed significant improvement – they are effective, taste good, and help me sleep better. I take them 30 minutes before bedtime, and when I feel weak, I know it’s time to sleep. I now sleep way better and longer without waking up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. These gummies are amazing! After I turned 39 years old in march I’ve been having a lot of “mental” and “physical” issues.I suffer from anxieties and stress that since March have heightened and also been experiences muscle pains that I’ve never felt before. TMI, but my ovulation has gotten waaay worse. I did a lot of research about what I can take/do to help ease the stress, anxieties and pains, and everything pointed to Magnesium. I started looking on amazon and reading reviews of different Magnesium supplements and ended up choosing this one. One of the reasons is because it also has Ashwagandha in it which also came highly recommended. I can’t lie, I was a little skeptical at first, if the Magnesium and Ashwagandha will actually help. Almost 3 weeks later, I can honestly say that I haven’t felt so good in a long time. I do still get my down moments, but nothing that I can’t handle, compared to 2-3months ago. I feel lighter, more at ease, happier, and even my boss made a comment today about how he’s seen a change in me, being more positive, less stressed etc. My sleep has also improved drastically. I’m a person that dreams every night (no good dreams), and I remember everything the next morning. Now, I can’t even remember if i had a dream, let alone what is was about. I take 2 gummies @ lunch time, and have no problem falling asleep at night, but if you are a person sensitive to sleeping gummies, I would say take it before bed, maybe 1 or 2 hours before. I take it in the afternoon because I’m on a fasting schedule so I am unable to take it at night. All in all I can confidently say that the gummies do work, and I will definitely be purchasing these again.

Works Great!!
I’ve been taking these gummies for about about a week now, and they do make me sleep faster, better, and they do taste yummy, but I do feel somewhat groggy in the morning. I was hoping to be more energized. Maybe I need to get used to them still?? I’ve seen reviews about people not liking the fact that they stick together, but they stick together in two’s. Sooooo I don’t see a problem with that, since they suggest you eat two everyday. Overall I’m happy with these gummies.

Finally able to fall asleep
I’ve struggled with being able to fall asleep for decades. These allow me to get so relaxed that I fall asleep in front of the tv every time I take them and within about 30 minutes or so. They taste great and are far more cost effective than the Lullaby brand. I feel like I’m getting lots of beneficial supplements at the same time. I’ve signed up for the membership for repeat deliveries because they are so reliable!
