It worked better than I expected
I acquired these patches to help with the occasional soreness that I get either in my shoulder or in my lower lumbar area. This time my shoulder was the one that needed the application. The patch itself is a bit large and covered the area quite well. In some cases, given the size of the patch, you can probably cut it to size and use only what you might need, depending on the area. The smell, well it smells like turmeric, but it’s overwhelming so I was pleased with that. As far as how the patch worked, it took a couple of hours for the patch to starting doing its job. I put the patch on at night and noticed a subtle heat from the patch on my shoulder area. I had gotten up in the morning and the patch had worn off. I think when applying this patch, you might be good for 6-7 hours of relief. Taking off wasn’t a problem as I prefer for patches to have good adhesive so they stay on during the night with my tossing and turning. My shoulder did feel better, it wasn’t a perfect cure all, but it certainly felt better than the night before. In all, the patches do work. I’m not sure how, but for simple relief from common aches and pains, this patch seems to work.Â

Provides relief for back pain
I decided to try this deep relief patch for my back pain that has been bothering for some time. You can feel the menthol as soon as the patch touches your skin, with gives you a soothing and reliving feeling. It stick well, no issues with that. The smell wasnât strong and did not bother me at all. I do think that the price is a little too much for just one pack, but since it did help me out I would consider buying in bulk for a better deal.

Helps ease mild soreness
I used these turmeric and curcumin patches a few times on my shoulders and lower back when they felt tight. The patch is large enough to cover the area, sticks well, and has a light herbal scent that isnât overwhelming. After an hour or so, thereâs a gentle cooling and warming feel that lasts several hours.It wonât completely take away strong pain, but for light stiffness or post workout soreness it made a noticeable difference.

These patches are large and covered my entire lower back well and other areas that need to be treated. It was easy to remove the lining and apply. These patches have a strong scent of eucalyptus oil and menthol which I really like. I definitely feel the cooling effect of the menthol and it helped soothed my leg and stomach cramps. However for more sever pains, such as back pains, the relief was minimal. The expiration date is December 11, 2027 which gives me about 1.5years to use these patches from the date I received them. Overall, I would recommend these patches for minor aches and pains.

Solid Pain Relief Patch
These are pretty good pain relief patches. They seem really well put together, and I like how they peel and stick. When applied, I like the fabric they are made from, it is very soft to the touch and feels high quality. It has a menthol/mint scent, which I am a fan of. They provide a soothing feeling at the point of application, which is great. I look forward to applying these to my neck the next time I wake up with a still neck or have inflammation in my knee, as I am sure they will help manage the pain.

Definitely feel the cooling effect
I recently hurt my back and immediately tried these patches, although I did feel the cooling effect, it actually didnât do much for the pain. Maybe if my back issue wasnât so painful I may have got some relief. I will have to try on a less painful area in the future.
