Not Professional or Reliable
I’m a professional aesthetician that does about 1-2 facials a day, mostly sugaring. Even with that, this did not last me even 6 months. A disappointment. This was not functional in the long term. The cost was too high for the performance. I am disappointed.

Got a good year out of it
I have had this steamer for almost exactly 1 year and it broke by overheating this month during a facial (very embarrassing). I had to buy a new one. For the year that I used it in my spa professionally – it worked well. It was easy to assemble, a pretty simple design and for less than $100 it was a decent value. It was unable to be repaired so thatâs why I bought a new one.
