works and smells great
First off, I have to say that I absolutely love how this smells.  I use this right after I wash my hair, the scent it great, and keeps the frizz down. A little goes a long way, so be careful as you will be tempted to apply a lot but use just a tad. Makes your hair very shiny too.

Actually works!!!
I have been giving my mom weekly Spa Days as managing her shampoo had gotten to be too much for her. After a few months I noticed her long/gray/frizzy hair appeared to be getting shorter! I switched her from S#### “coconut” shampoo and conditioner to OGX products. When I noticed this anti-breakage serum, I bought it too. I did not have much expectation of it working! as many products promise more than they deliver.After about 10 weeks, not only have we both noticed her hair is “growing” again (meaning it is not breaking faster than it can grow), the serum also adds a sparkle to gray hair! I squirt two pumps onto my hands and work it through the lower half of her toweled combed hair, then comb again and let dry. The frizz becomes ringlets! “It’s not gray hair; it’s Wisdom Glitter!”My own hair is half gray, and kept short. Although I am not concerned with breakage, I may try this just for the sparkle!

I was growing my haircut during the 2019-2021 CoViD pandemic and a friend of mine, who also used it, gave it to me as a gift to keep my hair ends healthy. I liked it enough to buy my mom a bottle. However, I later found out there are better values.Packaging and shipping was fineâ it arrived sealed and undamaged. The product itself comes in a a cute looking 4-oz pump bottle. The serum is thick with a pleasant light scent of toasted coconut. It absorbs fairy well into hair or skin with just a bit of oiliness or greasiness after application. It effectively softens my hair and beard, also protecting the ends. It can also be used a bit like a leave in conditioner to tame minor fly-always or frizz. Overall it is an effective product but itâs not really coconut oil.In comparison to fractionated coconut oil, this product (1) is thicker, (2) oilier and (3) has a scent (4) and contains additives/ preservatives. In case you didnât know, pure fractionated coconut oil is thin, light, unscented and has no oily feelingâ it absorbs completely into your hair or skin. Also this product, unlike pure fractionated coconut oil, contains additives like DMDM Hydantoin. (Personally this doesnât concern me, though I understand some people donât like such preservatives.). This product is a bit more expensive than fractionated coconut oil. The one advantage of this âCoconut Milkâ it that because it is thicker, is works better to manage frizz or otherwise tame your hair.Overall, I like the product and Iâd recommend it, but Iâd also recommend anyone buying/ using it also try some pure fractionated coconut oil. For most uses/ applications the coconut oil will be better.

I’ve been using the OGX Nourishing + Coconut Milk serum as a pre-poo treatment and it’s been a game-changer for my 2a/2c hair! It leaves my locks feeling soft, moisturized, and manageable. However, I don’t use it as a leave-in serum because it weighs my hair down and makes it greasy quickly. If you’re looking for a similar product for finer hair, OGX has other options that might work better for you. Overall, I highly recommend this serum for thicker or curlier hair types – it’s nourishing, moisturizing, and budget-friendly

Hair type: wavy/ curly and very dryViscosity of the serum: thickScent: very slight, does not linger.Best used: on towel dried damp hair. 1-2 pumps are more than enough even for really thick hair.First off, let me start by saying Iâve wanted this serum for quite some time, so when I saw it on amazon, I ordered it right away. Thereâs only one other serum that I like after trying so many hair serums and thatâs 3X the price. Now this is my new OG product. Might stock up for backup.As soon as I got it I used two pumps on my hair and it got quite oily looking. Still I managed to cover it up with dry shampoo.I washed my hair today and used 2-3 pumps in towel dried damp hair. And then styled my hair with the blow dry brush like regular and the result is beautiful nourished and healthy looking hair.I have very thick dark hair, so people with finer hair start with 1/2 a pump.Oily hair people please avoid it altogether, It will be way too heavy.

Ottimo prodotto per chi ha i capelli visibilmente danneggiati. Non appesantisce i capelli e lascia un leggero profumo di cocco. Dona lucidità ai capelli. Sicuramente uno dei migliori prodotti da applicare sui capelli asciutti. Ottimo anche per creare i ricci perché da definizione. Io ho i capelli porosi, grossi e vaporosi per cui lo uso per appiattire i capelli e renderli più lisci. Io uso grandi quantità ma non dovete esagerare se avete i capelli grassi e sottili perché credo che potrebbe appesantirli.
