UPDATE: this is the biggest BS ive ever seen. First time I have to update a review and cant believe is for worst. I got tired of seeing the negative comment of only receiving 1 of 2. I did my initial review because I thought it was the right thing to do. Guess what, next shipment I received only ONE! It as my seventh time purchasing this, and that wasn’t the worst part of it all, I requested a return for same item because Im not given he option to contact a seller, so I sent the only one I got to receive it again guess what, I got ONE again.I really dont know how many people say they received only one, Ive bought many of this 2-pack, for the company I work at, never received one of two, and always the original hp. Will def keep on buying

I realised a few years ago that cheap colour printers always and without fail will let you down, especially if you use third party ink or toner. So I bought an HP M402dne for my small home business. It’s a simple black only printer, with no scanner, no colour, nothing but basic high quality printing. It’s the best decision I have ever made! (well almost). It never lets me down. Ever. And these high capacity toners are just wonderful. They last forever with no fouling or smearing or paper creasing or funny noises. Everything just works. It’s quite a lot to lay out, especially in comparison to the cheap printers you see in Asda, but definitely worth it over time, even for normal domestic use.Beware, there are lots of fake HP toners on the market. Shop carefully, and if possible, try to get the seller to send you a photo of the packaging so you can use your QR scanner on your phone to see if it’s an authentic product. I did have an issue when I bought this toner from Amazon, namely I bought a twin pack but they sent me only one toner. I spoke with them on the phone and said if they gave me a 50% refund I would keep it, but the member of staff said the best she could give me was 20%! This obviously made no sense, as I had only received 50% of my goods, and in the end a manager agreed to a 50% refund, so all was good.

Extremen el cuidado, en realidad y a mi me ha ocurrido, solo envÃan una caja, que parece de HP, que indica que incluye 2 cartuchos, pero dentro solo lleva 1 y cuando la abres te das cuenta
