Has multiple good strains of bacteria, easy to take.
They have multiple good strains of bacteria. While the addition of cranberry is very beneficial, I can no longer use them to start yogurt with, it just didn’t work. I lost a whole batch of yogurt. I used a different kind of milk so it may not have been all cranberry in the probiotic. But not anxious to try it again. Never a batch do that before. They seem to be good for what they are intended for. Easy to swallow. Have no smell, so very easy to take. I have been using this brand for a while now, I like the bacteria strains that are included. Seem to be a good quality at a reasonable price.

Very good probiotic for women.
This is my third or fourth purchase. I waited to post a review because sometimes you try something and it works great at first then it begins to work less each time. This is not the case. I have been taking probiotics since 2009 now I can finally say my body responds well to this product. So many are too expensive to afford. The price seems fair.Easy to swallow and not too large. A dosage is 2 tablets which isnât too bad. I was taking a product that required 3 tablets at a time. Who wants a mouthful of pills to make your system work?This one is formulated for women. A plus in my opinion. My gastroenterologist asked if I was taking my probiotics like I was supposed to. I said of course. No idea if it affected my last colonoscopy but alls good now.

Meh…don’t notice it doing anything for me.
Hate that I have to eat something to take it. Do vitamin gummies count? Anyways I wake up super early for work and like to take my probiotics at home since I work outside but I am never in the mood to have breakfast at 5am but this thing forces me to eat something before I start my day. Also don’t really notice any changes in my vaginal health or digestive health as it claims. I was probably better off with that uro brand and spending more…

This product has changed everything , i cannot specifically say. But other women will understand what i mean when i say it has completely balance my PH levels and finally everything is normal there. I highly recommend. Always take after food! Not on empty stomach
