I was struggling to find a kid friendly fiber supplement that wasnât a gummy. Gummy vitamins are terrible for their teeth. This one is great for kids and adults. My son loves them so much he looks forward to his vitamins. Theyâre the chalky texture youâd expect but with a good flavor. They work well and theyâre a good price. Will continue to purchase these.
