Recolonized my micro biome with good bacteria. I had an eevy test to prove it. I went from not a lot of good bacteria to all good stuff and more favorable strains too.I have also tried other products from VagiBiome. This was the only one to really show recolonization so definitely worth it in my opinion.

Since this is an oil based product it will permanently stain clothing, if or when leakage occurs during use. This is NOT mentioned anywhere on the package as a precaution! If I had known this, I wouldnât have purchased this product.

First day & so far so good.
After thoroughly reading the instructions and ingredients, I felt comfortable enough to use this product as I feel like it has went through enough tests and is certified enough.It does not come with an insert tool so keep that in mind if you donât have one youâll have to use your fingers which itâs not easy getting it as far back as possible with just your fingers.Itâs only my first day, and so far I donât feel any discomfort or burning with this.I also do have at home pH test strips and Iâve been testing all week and Iâve had pretty much the same pH level.So Iâll check on the days that Iâm not using this (thereâs about 2 alternating days)and of course after and keep you guys posted.But so far my PH levels are at about a point over normal due to frequent travel & stress.

I’ve tried everything under the sun for yeast infections. This is in my top 3. You have to follow the directions and skip the days as instructed. A lot of probiotic remedies for vaginal infections are missing the point– there are only 2 main types ofprobiotics that colonize the vagina. It is not like the intestine. So doing yogurt, or a multistrain insert is pointless, and can do more harm than good. This suppository is one of the 2 main strains.

Was unsure if this was the right product my obgyn was referring too. As far as quality and what is supposed to do for you I’d say yes good quality and is as advertised. I jist don’t think it’s what I need for my situation. It didn’t not have a huge impact on my needs down there. Overall just be specific when reading about its benefits it’s not a cure all that’s for sure.
