Not for me.
This didn’t help me sleep at all nor did it calm my anxiety. If anything it made it worse. Just didn’t work for me. It also took at least 15 minutes if not more to get it positioned in my hand right to feel the pulse. It was also uncomfortable to hold all night even with the hand strap.

Calm carry anxiety device
I always had problems falling asleep cuz I am insomniac and since I started using this I haven’t had any problems I’ve been able to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer I really enjoy this product and I highly recommend it for people who have a lot of stress and have a very hard time falling asleep
