Update: 6-15-25I have now been using this for about 7 weeks. In my own experience and opinion it is a true game changer. As my 1st review stated I was getting up 3 or 4 times a night and never quite feeling completely relieved. I am now sleeping every night with at most 1 bathroom call and completely emptying my bladder. I am even sleeping all night through at least half the time. I am thrilled with the results I have received from this product. I am sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night when I was used to sleeping 5 – 6 hours. Once again, if you find yourself in a similar position as I was in, I strongly recommend you try this product and I hope you get the same results as I. Thank you Saw Palmetto!!!I do not write a lot of reviews but decided I should write one for this product. First I am a 64 year old male in good health but with age things sometimes change. I was not sleeping well at night going to the bathroom 3 or 4 times. Did my research and decided to try this product. I took as directed and noticed results in several days. Itâs now been almost 3 weeks and I am waking up 1 to 2 times per night (mostly 1 time). The frequent need to go, the strong stream and the ability to empty my bladder has greatly improved. Mind over matter? I donât believe so. Better sleep and less urgency to go to the bathroom at night is greatly appreciated. It has only been 3 weeks but the results speak for themselve. Will provide update after another month of using. Highly recommend trying if you find yourself in a similar position as I.

This is a really great product!If you have issues with frequency or strength of stream you need this.I was getting up as much as 3 times at night to urinate.I am now on my second bottle and have gone from 4 hrs to 6 hrs to 8 hrsWithout getting up at night!Seem to get longer as it builds in my system.I will keep using as it is an EXCELLENTPRODUCT – AT A FAIR PRICE!!

Woman with bladder issues-works after it gets into your system
First, saw palmetto needs at least 4 weeks to get into your system before you start seeing results. I was having frequent bladder issues that, even with Dr Rx, was only getting worse. I was getting desperate and started looking for alternatives. Saw Palmetto/Stinging Nettle and Pumpkin Seed Extract all seemed to have benefits for my issues. The pill itself makes you think its a scam. They look cheap and fake. (hence the 4 stars) I had low hopes, but thought I’d give it a try anyway, again, I was getting desperate and frustrated with nothing working. Let me tell you, when I hit that 4 week mark I haven’t had a bladder issue since, and such, didn’t need to take the Dr Rx. Its been just over a month since the 4 wk period and its been working GREAT! No issues, no side effects, I feel great and bladder is working as it should. I’m going to order another bottle and continue monitoring the progress.

Not As Good As Their Other Product
I’ve used this as well as the other Saw Palmetto product from this company. I did not notice any improvement in my BPH using this one. Also as some other reviewers have noted, this product has a sort of off-putting “woody” taste and smell. I went back to using the other product.

It Worked!
I have tried numerous prostate products all claiming to reduce nighttime bathroom trips, help with empty the bladder and increased flow. Some minimally worked, most did not. Iâve used Saw Palmetto in the past but with no luck, but I never tried this particular formulation by this company. Received in late afternoon a few days ago and took one capsule after dinner. Went to bed around 10:30 PM. Woke at my usual 5:30 AM and did not need to get up once throughout the night. Thinking this was an anomaly, I continued to take the recommended two capsules a day and I have yet to use the bathroom during the night.This product is amazing. If this continues, this company will have as a customer for life. As a disclaimer, this is how the product worked for me, you may not get the same results.
