Meet Jim Castillo, inventor and medical device engineer, who is revolutionizing health and wellness one innovation at a time. With his ground-breaking CTI Knee Brace, he transformed the treatment of knee injuries. Now, he’s breaking barriers again with his newest invention, Intake Breathing. Intake isn’t just a product; it’s a revelation in personal health, empowering users to breathe through their nose in ways never thought possible.
What problem are we solving?
Most people struggle to breathe through their nose, and many don’t even realize it. Habitual mouth breathing negatively affects snoring, oral health, stress levels, and even athletic potential.
What makes our products unique?
Intake opens your nose to its widest capacity and will not come off during sleep or sweat. Intake’s design pulls from the Band, not the skin from the bridge of your nose and won’t damage the delicate skin & blood vessels inside your nose.
Why do we love what we do?
We enhance the breathing experience and empower people to improve their lives.
Designed for Athletes
Intake was developed as a performance product by athletes, for athletes, to help them unlock their full potential.

PATENTED TECHNOLOGY – Intake is a patented two-part nasal dilator system that features two independent nasal strips (Tabs) and a sturdy, magnetic relief band that work together to open your nasal passages to their widest capacity. Our innovative design provides optimal nasal airflow and a personalized, comfortable fit for each user. “Packaging may vary”.
COMFORTABLE & DURABLE – Unlike classic nasal strips for snoring, the Intake relief band is worn externally and provides relief without relying on the bridge of your nose for support. This approach ensures a more comfortable experience for the user while also providing a more effective, lasting relief than classic nasal strips & nasal spray decongestants.
REDUCES SNORING – Intake is a safe and effective device to increase oxygen intake and help relieve nasal congestion. Reduce snoring and improve sleep quality for both you and your partner. Reduce stress and increase energy levels to improve your athletic performance or simply feel more energized throughout the day.
SAFE & EFFECTIVE – Intake Nasal Dilators can be combined with other sleeping aids like nasal sprays, and neti pots for nasal congestion relief and snoring. Intake is a safe, drug free, and latex free breathing aid recommended by doctors worldwide as the most effective mouth breathing and snoring device available on the market.
EASY TO USE – The snoring aid Starter Kits come with all the essentials to start using Intake Breathing. It comprises four reusable Intake Relief Bands in various sizes to help you find the perfect fit, 15 or 30 pairs of nose breathing strips (Tabs) for single use, and a Magnetic Applicator to apply the tabs quickly.
Customers say
Customers find the nasal strips incredibly effective, allowing them to breathe better through their nose all night and reducing snoring issues. The product receives positive feedback for comfort, with customers noting it’s gentle on the skin and helps them feel more rested. While the strips stick well to the magnets, some customers report that the adhesive doesn’t always adhere properly, and several sizes are available but don’t accommodate smaller noses. Customers consider the product expensive.

Better than BreatheRight, Works Over Nightly Skincare Too
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’m an overweight woman in my late thirties and–well, I snore. I go to bed first at night, so I was keeping my husband awake. I didn’t know for months–and I love him for trying to be so polite about it at first–but I was determined to find a solution that would work out a little quicker than a few months of getting back into the gym.BreatheRight strips! They were… challenging. Where I lack dedication for fitness, I’m an avid follower of a nightly skincare routine–and that means a lot of moisture on my face. Including my nose. Know what you can’t do when you’re using BreatheRight strips? Have any moisture on your nose. Those strips will slide right off, even the Extra Strength ones. And they left some pretty gross residue. I really hated them, even though they had some lavender ones that smelled nice.I was really skeptical about Intake, like most things I see first on Facebook ads. Amazon is a great safety net for returns though, so for $40 I bought it. Watched the little video in the QR code that explains how you pick the right size band for your nose, and how to attach the nasal strips to your face. I was a little bummed when the directions explained that you should make sure your nose is pretty dry–so I dutifully followed my BreatheRight routine of making my nose a desert of moisture before applying the strips and the band. And they worked! My husband said he didn’t hear my snoring for the next few nights. But I was still back where I started. Sure, Intake got the job done like BreatheRight strips on a parched nose, but they’re also more expensive despite less gross residue. BreatheRight strips are about $0.37 vs Intake’s $1.05 per night. There wasn’t really a point to spending almost 3x more over the residue since I shower right after taking them off anyway… unless I could wear them over my skincare. So I tried–after cleansing, toning, a serum, and a generous night cream, I put it all on.And the Intake strips and band stayed perfectly in place over my stupid oily nose. Instant joy.I had to ask my husband a few times over the next few nights if I snored–maybe Intake was less effective with the skincare under it? But no, no noise. And everything was firmly in place in the morning. Awesome.Intake is going to cost me $1.05 a night–or $31.50 per month. That might be a hefty price tag, but it’s one I can afford. Amazon Prime Days are coming up, so fingers crossed for a sale. It’s worth it for my husband’s comfort–and mine.

Great Quality â Helps with Both Sleep and Exercise!
Iâve been using this nose dilator for a while now, and Iâm really impressed with the overall quality. The intake is designed really wellâit feels durable and sturdy, not flimsy like some others Iâve tried. It fits my nose comfortably and stays in place without any irritation. The adhesive pads are also excellent. They have a strong grip, but theyâre not painful to remove. Just make sure you clean your nose (wipe off any oil or sweat) before applyingâit makes a big difference in how well they stick. Once theyâre on, they stay put throughout the night or even during intense workouts.I originally got it to help with my sleep, and Iâve definitely noticed that I breathe easier at night and wake up feeling more rested. But I also started using it while running, and itâs been a game changer. I can breathe more freely, which helps me maintain my pace and feel less fatigued.Overall, I highly recommend this if youâre looking for something to improve nasal airflow, whether itâs for better sleep, sports, or just day-to-day comfort.

Great, but DROPSHIPPED product.
I found out about intake through an instagram ad and thought it looked fantastic so I purchased it just to try it out. 20 dollars seemed reasonable, and I would say even for that price, this thing is pretty worth it.In terms of the product itself, it does everything it claims to do, it opens up my airway fantastically. The quality is great, the plastic is not cheap feeling, the magnetic applicator is actually very handy, makes it easy to apply, and it includes sizing for almost any nose size. The stickers themselves work great, and so long as you clean your nose beforehand, they wonât start to come off until you wear them longer than 24hrs. If I was rating based on the product itself, Iâd give a perfect review.I like to wear mine before bed, which drastically improves my sleep quality. Iâve also worn it to the gym a few times which was amazing, but Iâm not brave enough to show up with it on every day lol. Any situation where you need to open up your airways works great with this. Sometimes if Iâm gonna be working from home, Iâll just stick it on the morning and leave it on all day!Positives aside, when I ran out of the adhesive magnets, I went and checked the price of the refills. Intake wants to charge $30 for 30 stickers. I donât know how you can justify charging a dollar for a bandaid with a tiny magnet in it. Mind you, without those, the product is completely unusable. Since I didnât want to pay the equivalent of 2 Prime memberships every month to continue using my nose strip, I went online to do some research to see if maybe there was a DIY solution or way to reuse the stickersâ¦Turns out, I discovered THIS EXACT PRODUCT is on aliexpress, sold by the actual manufacturer for $2 dollars (for the same starter pack kit). Not a knockoff version, the exact same product. I have both kits now and besides packaging, the two products are literally indistinguishable. Same logo, same materials, same sizing, even the swirling pattern on the magnetic applicator is the same. Not only that, but the refill sticker packs cost $7 for 100 count⦠basically, intake is selling you a product that they didn’t actually invent, donât actually make, putting their own branding and charging you 10x markup for the kit and 15x markup for refills. So while I absolutely love the product, I canât help but feeling like Iâve been duped into participating in someoneâs get rich quick scheme by buying from Intake. I honestly wouldnât even fault them if they sold it for a less ridiculous markup, since at least you have the convenience of avoiding international shipping and having prime overnight. But in my mind, selling a $0.07 sticker for 1 dollar is totally unjustified.Rating 3 stars, because despite the drop shipping scam, the product itself is perfect. If it werenât for intakeâs shady business model, I would have rated 5 stars.

Muito ruim. Enganação. à muito difÃcil pregar os adesivos corretamente e de forma alinhada. Eu testei todos os tamanhos. Durante a noite o aparelho ficava caindo do meu nariz toda hora. Minha esposa disse que nas noites que usei continuei roncando. Sinceramente, não adiantou de nada, queria meu dinheiro de volta.Um dilatador barato de farmácia que usei meses atrás trouxe resultados muito melhores do que esse.

This product is advertised as intake while it’s a generic.. it’s not bad but it shouldn’t be advertised as the original while it’s just a copy!
