Convenient and effective!
Decided to try this out in lieu of taking so many different capsules and I am hooked! The flavor is amazing and I genuinely feel better after I had taken it 3 days in a row. My husband started taking it as well and he feels better too. The last bottle we received seemed to have significantly less liquid in it so I contacted Mary Ruth directly through the number provided on Amazon and they agreed the volume was too low and sent an expedited replacement without any hassle. Highly recommend if you’re feeling cruddy and can’t remember to take your capsules each day!

Colour will be in your urine and taste is ok
Taste is ok. And it allows me to sleep better. I’ll just wait on results. The colour of the vitamin will show in your urine. But don’t worry. Drink alot of water
