Wondersleep is a great product, melatonin free, none drowsy or that groggy feeling in the morning. Wake up feeling rejuvenated and well rested. I would wake up in the middle of the night and with the little extra help I sleep soundly.

Tried these last night and had the most vivid dreams ever. I had several dreams back to back which all felt very real. This does tend to happen when I take Melatonin.I normally have trouble going back to sleep from waking up several times to pee at night. I was able to go back to sleep with no issues every time I woke up. The dreams were interesting for sure lol. Taking them again tonight.Giving 4 stars due to I find them very sweet but love how easily I was able to stay asleep. Not sure if the vivid dreams will become annoying or not over time. ( I donât normally have dreams)
