One of the best more affordable epilators
This epilator is amazing! I use it on my face, armpits, breasts, and abdomen. Sometimes I use it on my upper legs and crotch as well.It’s an epilator. It is going to feel pinchy and pulley. If you don’t like that feeling then maybe it’s not for you.I don’t like shaving as it leaves a blunt end when growing out, and doesn’t last as long. I don’t like waxing. Too expensive and painful. I’ve tried laser and creams and those didn’t work as well either. Laser only really works well on dark pigmented hair follicles. Creams are just not reliable and are stinky and not good for the face.I use this twice a week to keep the chin hairs at bay. It does a phenomenal job. Totally worth the price. Has three speed settings to accommodate different skin sensitivities.High quality item that includes a screen shaver, charging cord, nice zippered case, and cleaning brush as well.

Great epilataor
I’ve been using an epilator for about 15-20 years. In fact, I got this one to replace my original one which is the only other one I had. It was a Braun and because of how well it stood up over all this time, I decided to stay with the brand. Boy, have they come a long way since my original one! First, if you’re new to using an epilator, don’t be put off by hearing others talk about how painful it is. I don’t find it painful at all. Granted, I’ve been using one for so long now that my skin must be so used to it, but I don’t even recall when it stopped hurting (or if it ever did hurt). In other words – it won’t always hurt. What I really like about this is the pivoting head. Legs aren’t completely straight and with the pivoting head, the epilator follows your body so it makes it easier to get each hair. My first one didn’t have this and sometimes I would miss hairs because it didn’t follow my body. There’s also a light that shines on your skin while epilating so it makes so much easier to see any hairs you might otherwise miss. While researching which model to get, I learned they now have different numbers of tweezers and some are wider than others (also something I never had a choice of before). I like that this model has the largest number of tweezers and is a wide head. If you’re looking for all types of fancy attachments, this isn’t for you. It’s a basic epilator (much better than the old ones though) and pretty much does everything you need it for. The description says it gives you 50 minutes of use before needing to be charged again but I have yet to use it for 50 minutes in one sitting. It really does its job in MUCH less time and in the month or so that I’ve had it, I still haven’t needed to charge it again. I hope this lasts as long as my first one (which still works but some of the tweezers have started to fall out which is why I’m replacing it). Braun is a good product and I don’t have a single second thought about getting this model. I highly recommend it.

Nice Epilator but Need to Lower Price
Best epilator I have ever owned. Absolutely no pain. I didn’t even know that was possible! I docked it one star because it is too expensive and it didn’t come with one of the attachments described in the instructions. Not sure if it was supposed to be there or not but for the price they charge they should make their literature match their product.

Amazing!
Iâve only used this once. I have been waxing myself for years and had never heard of this device. I had to purchase it once it was recommended to me. I loved it! It works so much faster than waxing. Less messy too. I had to go over body parts multiple times to get all the hair out, but it did the job. I am so happy I bought it! It will save so much time and itâs small and easy to use. Can easily be packed for travel as well!

My teen daughter really likes this, but I find it painful, and I can’t believe anyone actually uses it. My daughter says that it works a lot better than many others she has tried though!

Works well for a few uses only
This shaver worked great the first few times (I’d say for like a month) but now it has become unbearable to use as a shaver. I’ve gotten terrible nicks and cuts comparable to an old blade! I tried it in the underarm area and it cut me badly. Around the bikini area I use a separate trimmer but use this for a closer shave in some wider areas, and the shaver cut skin right off.The epilator works great for plucking the hair.Very disappointed because I’ve had used Braun shaver before and thought they were good quality. I can no longer return the shaver and will have to buy another one.

I’ve been looking for an epilator for my face because the other Braun one I have pretty much sucks. Takes forever and it still leaves like 50-60% of the hairs behind. I just got mine today and tried it out. Did my face first. Not gonna lie, it wasn’t pleasant, but I know as I do it more, it’ll hurt less. But it got over 90% of the hairs! Then I tried my bikini line. No pain whatsoever and got every hair. So I thought I’d try my legs (I’ve never used an epilator on my legs, but they had the perfect amount of growth -3 days- so I figured I’d try it. Absolutely no pain whatsoever and they are as smooth as a baby’s bottom. This entire process for all 3 areas took me about 10-ish minutes! I never do reviews, but I’m so blown away by this epilator. I just sent the link to all the females in my family lol!

Not as bad (pain) as I thought it would be. And will save me a lot of money.
First time using one of these. It hurt a bit but you go numb then itâs not so bad. I did both underarms to start lol. I managed it fine with a couple of breaks. So glad I bought this and looking forward to not shaving every other day. Or paying 85$ a month for sugaring my arms. Sugar doesnât remove all the hair, it leaves behind fine hairs that this epilator picked up right away( I had my arms sugared 3 days ago)Going to tackle my legs tomorrow!

I have been epilating with various machines for 20+ years. I have gone through a few emoji epilators and a few replaceable heads as the bearings would fail after 3-4years. I decided to try the braun 9 as it was on sale this winter and had never had a cord free unit. When it arrived I hopped in the shower and decided to try out its wet dry feature. Useless. I was so disappointed in my purchase. I was going over and over my armpits at different angles and it was not removing hair effectively at all! I gave up. The next day was go time for legs, bikini, and a retry on the pits. As this machine has fewer tweezers than my last I was expecting it to take longer. And it did. But it does a great job! The light is super useful, cord free makes positioning easy, the battery lasted the whole time, and it removes hair well and seemingly with less redness and irritation than my last machine. My legs are the smoothest they have ever been with epilating, typically there were short hairs missed, some broken and not pulled, etc but the braun did a great job! I will probably keep an eye out for it to go on sale again and buy a backup as I hate to be without and in the long run it is cheaper and far less time consuming than shaving. I hope the unit will last longer than a year but I am hairy and my roots have always stayed pretty strong despite waxing and epilating and not shaving. Anyone starting out: it hurts the first few times! I remember thinking my first machine was giving me thousands of paper cuts up my legs. But I toughed it out and used it weekly for a while, then got brave enough for armpits and bikini lines. Donât listen to anyone that tells you it doesnât hurt. But for me it is worth it!!

This is better than waxing and shaving. I have done some epilating in the past and it was quite painful, this one machine is the best I’ve used, super fast and grabs the shortest of hairs, minimal pain. BYE BYE Waxing and shaving !!!
