Amazing
I am so lucky to have this sent to me! I have such a hard time falling and STAYING alseep. With lavender, chamomile, melatonin, and hops extract, it gives you an all night snooze without feeling groggy. Just a couple capsules and call it a day!

Didnât work for me
This was supposed to be good according to the internet and it didnât work for me. I struggle to fall asleep and typically take 40 mg of Melatonin each night. I tried these pills without the melatonin and didnât get sleepy. I then had to take them with the melatonin.Now Iâve been using just melatonin for the last two weeks and that works better than these pills. I may have a slightly high tolerance for sleep aids as typical OTC pm pills donât work for me either. I now take usually 50 mg of melatonin to get sleepy. Willing to try something different because I donât want to take 40 or 50 mg of melatonin, itâs a little high.

Good sleep
I like the product. I find it to be affective. I’ve tried melatonin, Tylenol pm, prescription Trazodon, Benadryl and other sleep aids and I honestly like this product the most. I don’t wake up feeling groggy and it kicksin fast and when it hits you, you better be ready for sleep…good sleep.

Reacted bad !
Made me very, very nauseous and sick after about 20 minutes of taking it; I have to take an anti nausea medicine.Once the nausea medicine worked , I slept for about 5 hours. I did not like the effect on me .

Not quite the best.
Product is rather expensive, and you have to two rather than the one of melatonin. Melatonin is also expensive but not to this extent.

Effectiveness of Primal harvest!
As for myself Primal harvest works better for me than its competitors but still does not make me sleepy. Itâs calming effect is better than other brands Iâve tried
